Review 4：The owners were great. really helpful and welcoming. The staff didn't speak any English, which is fine, but due to that they basically ignored me - even when I asked for something. I've travelled a lot to a lot of non-English speaking countries, and as long as the person I'm talking to makes even the slightest attempt to understand my gestures and acting, they usually understand - in this case, the staff didn't even try. Review 7：Currently there is no possibility to pay with a credit card. (this did not bother us) We had some problems in the bathroom (toilet flush not strong enough; the sink had only very hot water, no cold water; for cold water we had to use the shower). This did not bother us too much as we stayed for only one night. We reported these issues in the morning to the receptionist and she said they'd take of them. Noises from other rooms - at 5am there were some loud bangings at next room door.
Review 8：Location is great, right on the East-West axis, between the Endless Column and The Gate of Kiss. At the ground level there is a bar. Rooms are upstairs. Our room (room n3) was clean, had a double bed, air conditioning, clean towels, tv, free wifi (ask the receptionist for the password), private bathroom. There is a fridge but that is on the corridor and is used in common by all the guests. For the breakfast we paid extra. Breakfast was good (omelette, cheese, bacon, tomatoes, cucumbers and coffee) and not expensive. Staff was nice, kind. Great value for money.
