Review 1：The staff is not customer-friendly... Cr smells filthy - we hardly sleepdue to the smell... Very strict on pillows - only allot 1pillow/person - if u request will charge u 150.00/pillow

Review 2：The girl receptionist is unfriendly, was iritated when I clarified about the availability of the pool. Wasnt able to use the pool since it was under treatment since we checked in until we checked out the following day.

Review 7：Close to the main road where you can opt to use taxi and tricycle for transportation. They can also arrange massage service although it's more expensive. There was also a free shuttle service to the port terminal although I gave the driver a tip since it's customary in Philippines.

Review 8：Overall, no enough transportation facilities when you go out at night most especially to those place a little far from the City...and also, please improve wi-fi connections when inside the room..

Review 10：The hotel is really worn out and tired. You would hardly call it a three star hotel.There is no lift. We had to carry all our heavy bags to the 3d floor and back. The room is very small. We booked a triple but got breakfast only for two. The breakfast is exclusively poor. They didn't clean our room. Lousy!

Review 14：I lodged at Arabelle Suites three times. On two separate occasions, the drain line from the lavatory sink had serious leaking problems causing water to leak out on the floor. This happened in two separate rooms assigned to me.

I read a lot the reading light in the room was not connected and there was no connection anyway. The noise coming from the pool was too much I call it noise at it certainly was not music

Review 21：We booked last minute during a busy time and so we got the worst room in the hotel it seems. The WIFI didn't work at all in the room. Outside our window was a farm for mentally insane cockerels who crowed loudly at all hours of the day, keeping us awake at night. The towel rail fell off in the shower. M friend got stuck in the shower cubicle because the door was faulty. The bathroom door didn't close properly. Half way through our showers all the electricity went out in the bathroom, plunging us into darkness. It's a shame because without these things it would be a great hotel.

Review 25：Made a mistake by booking this hotel without understanding the location. It is not a resort area. More of a city area which was my fault. However, I was there for 20 minutes and they wanted to charge too much for tours and the location was bad...when I told them I was leaving they told me that I would not get my money back. I do not recommend this hotel.

Review 28：We love the staff they were truly sincere in welcoming us and attending to our needs. I thinks this is very common in any hotels in the Philippines. The room is very clean. The rates is very affordable and not too far from the city centre. The laundry is very cheap too. We went home without any dirty clothes with us except the ones we were wearing.

Review 43：Folks are complaining about the street. C'mon, the bad portion is only 1/2 block, and it's being repaired. Give it a week or two, and it'll be fine. The teeny bathroom is ineptly designed: Sit on the toilet and your knees are in the shower. Horrible smells come out when people in other rooms take their showers. Not enuf hot water in the a.m. The first morning my shower was tepid; the second, it was stone cold! I finally found the towel rack...in the shower.

Review 44：Wonderful staff. Friendly & helpful. Really quiet. It's not on the main road, and so there's almost no traffic noise. (There is a barking puppy across the street.) Immaculate facilities. This is only an economy hotel; but everything looked freshly painted and new. Check out the handrail between the 1st & 2nd floor; it's a work of carpentry genius! Giant window with eloquent draperies.
