Review 1：The room and motel were dirty and corroded. The first room they gave us had a toilet which did not work and the room was freezing cold. The second room they gave us had a television which did not work and was freezing cold. When we checked in they could not find our reservation. I could go on...
Review 2：When we got there, the receptionist could not find our reservation even though I showed her a print-out of the online reservation that was made which included the confirmation number. Now (one month later) I am being billed extra for "not showing up" and "honoring the reservation" even though I definitely was there. The payment for the room is on my credit card bill!! Be careful about staying here with an online reservation.
Review 3：Room was far from stairs and no elevator.
Review 4：Instant heat. No heat pump that can take hours sometimes to warm the room. Turned back thermostat within a few as it was plenty warm.
Review 5：Where to begin? the motel is in need of a bulldozer. The room #103 stunk so bad that I almost lost my dinner. The room every inch was filthy. There was dry urine on the walls and floor. I didn't use my hands to flush the toilet. I even used a towel to open the door. We slept fast and left very early.

Review 7：We checked in at 6pm went and got dinner then went to bed at 7:30pm. By 10pm I woke up itchy and went into the bathroom to discover I was COVERED IN HIVES all over my arms legs stomach and back. We checked the bed under the sheet we were laying on top of and found bed bugs crawling all over!! We killed three on the bed and one on the pillow took it to the lady at the desk who claimed she couldn't do a refund and told us we had to wait until the manager was in. We left that same night after only being there 4 hours. The next day we called and were told "we don't have a problem with bed bugs here" and they refused our money back! Worse yet they told us they had already put someone else in that room!! This was the worst place and customer service ever!

Review 13：The shower would not drain. The room and bathroom were filthy. The WI-fi did not work. Very bad area and other tenants. People were using profanity all the time. Was afraid to leave the room. Left after first night and did not not even get back our money for the second night that we did not stay.
Review 14：The whole hotel area smelled like meth and drugs. The smell of it get's stronger as you walk towards the back of one of the buildings. My room was way too plain, no fridge, no sink, no microwave, and no storage. My room was smelly and cold. When I turned on the heat only cold air blow out. When I turned on the AC, only cold air blow out again. There was never any heat in my room. My shower was dirty and not very clean. They did not provided Kleenex in the room or in the bathroom.
Review 15：The outside of the building looks decent. The woman at night that signed me in was nice, warm, and welcoming. The morning dude was nice too, nice service.
Review 16：The room was dingy, stinky and not as clean as it should have been. I wiped down all surfaces I intended on using and sprayed a generous amount of room fresher to freshen the place up. I thoroughly checked the bed to make sure sheets were clean. This place could use new paint, new carpet and updated furnishings like bedding. If it were cleaner it would b a great value for the money.

Review 40：in town for hot rod power tour could not leave my car alone in parking lot. lot had junk cars sitting around, people walking around looking in cars trying door handles. traffic passing thru partying out back. very unsafe enviroment, and I've seen alot of places I travell about 150 days a year for work. only stayed for an hour, went and got a differant hotel room.

Review 43：The booked price was $221 USD for the 4 days and the office had difficulty finding my booking. It was a late arrival as I had told them. The room was dirty, stained walls, bed linen sort of clean but mattress filthy. The door had been kicked in, and a welded repair had not been repainted. A little disconcerting. Sex workers and drug dealing was very evident as well as a permanent occupant cooking fish he caught in the nearby creek on a home made BBQ on the first floor balcony outside his room. I was attending the annual AMCA swap meet at the Mississippi Fair Grounds so the bikers were the better behaved, and for a single traveler like myself, a security asset after I befriended a few. On the last night the toilet over flowed and the mess was horrific. I tried to stop it but was unable. I went to the front desk and was given three hand towels!! The desk attendant after I asked for a plumber to assist told me I was rude, locked me out of the reception area and called the police! I asked for another room and was told the problem had been caused by me and no, there were no other rooms. The police arrived and asked what had occurred and when I explained the situation helped me to my rental car. I found another hotel for my last night in Davenport. As a final note, the sign outside stated the nightly cost as $34.95, and I was charged $55.25 a night through booking online. I personally witnessed a sex worker booking in for $120.00 for her nights lodging! I'm fairly gnarly, but this was the worst hotel experience I've had in over 20 years of over seas travel. Booking.com should not have this as place as a client, except for people that have outrageous experiences as a holiday agenda.
