Review 1：Fabulous location with sea views to die for. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly manager. Great breakfast buffet, and secure parking. Very good wifi for the kids.

Review 2：Damjan and the staff were so generous, welcoming and friendly. Everything was perfect. The location on the water with a well designed walkway into town was stunning. We would come again and will recommend to friends.

Review 13：Small family operated boutique hotel with a 100+ year history. Beautifully updated, balcony over looking the sea with views of Trieste. On site parking and a 15minute walk along the promenade to Piran. Restaurant was excellent and very reasonable

Review 24：A charming little hotel in a beautiful bay, just 15 minutes easy walk via a scenic coastal pathway to Piran town. Plenty of facilities for water sports, a couple of cafes and secure free parking. The owners are very friendly and welcoming and the rooms are spotless with very swish bathrooms. We had a third floor 2 bedroom suite with lovely views over the sea from the balcony. Breakfast is limited but perfectly adequate and served on terrace by the sea - blissful. We would return here in an instant.

Review 25：We made a 10 day trip (600km 15th hm) with the mountainbike starting in Austria, crossing the Alps of Slovenia, and finally arrived in Italy. This overnight was very good, as well as the dinner, and breakfast. The owner took care, and also offered a safe place for our mountain bikes during the night +++++

Review 30：The location is great, close to the centre of Piran. Pretty beaches nearby, and interesting surrounding area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good airconditioning system.

Review 31：Breakfast was ehh. He only charged us 15 euro for the family which was nice, I would have been unhappy paying 7euro per person. The hot chocolate and juice-beverage (not sure what it was) were extremely watered down. Selection was limited to very basic cheese and meat selections with bread and boiled eggs. Standard fare for the area, but a fairly meager spread. There was a campground right next door which brought in some, interesting, clientele. Didn't impact us for our one night stay, but it definitely adds to the crowd.

Review 32：The view was amazing. Our family room (4 beds, we brought a small cot and bassinett for the youngest two kids) had a small balcony that was right over the beach. The walking path to Piran (10-15 minutes) was gorgeous easy for the kids. The ocean splashing the wall was a huge hit as well. The room had plenty of storage space so we could have stayed there for many days without tripping all over our luggage. The WiFi was great. The inside of the building was very modern and new and clean. Tile hallways and new bathrooms, very nicely done. A dedicated parking lot for the hotel only. You can hear the stones rolling with the ocean waves as you walk along the path. Very unique and soothing sound. Oh, and the AC was nice because we could not keep the door open at night (too windy and the ocean was too loud for the kids, ages 7, 5, 3 and infant)

Review 33：The hotel has been renovated and the rooms are very clean and nice. The location of the hotel is fantastic! All of the family loved that it was close to one of the best beaches in the area. Within 1min you found the lot - beach, café, restaurants, playgrounds, activities etc etc. The manager and staff were always service minded and helpful.

Review 35：Hotel Fiesa's location is absolutely perfect. Since it is right outside of Piran, it is very easy to drive into with ample parking. It is situated directly on the water and is only a 10-minute walk along a paved path on the beach to the city center. They have recently renovated the entire hotel and it definitely shows. We had a balcony on the ocean side which we hung out on in the mornings and evenings. The couple running the hotel couldn't be nicer and provided us with good recommendations for what to see in Slovenia.

Review 36：- Only DVBT reception. So couples who like to watch telly instead of talking to each other might have a problem understanding Slovenian TV;) - There is a camping spot next to the hotel so it might be a bit louder in summer. We were there in may and it was just marvellous

A tiny room under the roof, poor value for money. No window shutters.Clean and fully functional, problem free stay, but poor value for money considering the size and location of the room.

Review 58：Location is really fantastic - in a small Fiesa bay, connected by a 10-minute walk by the sea promenade (which is a long strip of nice wild beach at the same time) with a cosy medieval town of Piran. All facilities are clean and due to its small size and only 2 hotels in the bay there's a feeling of privacy even in peak season. The open terrace of the restaurant has a superb seaview. Even though there's only a few tables, there was always a place for us.
