Review 1：Hanger a bit not enough. Wished the price more affordable. There is also cheaper hotel around the same area. Disappointed with breakfast. Either nasi lemak or fried rice with timun, and coffee or tea. Portion so small. If want rendang chicken, must add RM4.

Review 2：Love the wood floor. More comfortable than carpet. Water pressure is good and clean for drinking.

Review 3：TV was hang a bit high. Don't like it. In the morning, there were too much noise. Don't know whether it come from other room or from the cleaning staff. But it really make us uncomfortable. Maybe we just unlucky that day.

Review 4：The staff was friendly. Bed was very comfort! The shower was just nice. TV channel was quite okay. Suitable for whoever want to rest and shopping cause it's near to Jusco Equine and not far away from ioi Mall Putrajaya.

Review 5：They have missed out my booking which I have booked through booking.com. I have called twice to ensure all my booking are in order. The last call was made one day before the check in day. I was only informed on the day of checking in that they do not have my booking.I have booked two units of deluxe room and one family room. However, one of the staff by the name of Faizal has done an excellent job to solve my problem.

Review 6：It is a new property. The overall condition of the property gives you the good feel. It is clean and room condition is excellent.

Review 7：They could prepare the breakfast voucher earlier, they made us waiting them to write the voucher at the lobby every morning. A reminder was made to them at night to prepare it earlier because we are rushing in the morning, but the staff didn't not do anything about it.

The price much to high compared to other hotels I stayed in in Penang and KL city who offered Buffet Breakfast with huge range of Food.included in price, specially in Penang. With king size bed, of course they were 3 or 4 star and price MR 150 nett

Review 13：I've booked a superior family room during the weekend. I was toldthat there was no superior family room available when I wanted to checkin the hotel. So I force to book another room and force to pay extramoney. No feedback and investigation when I asked them to response. Badservices !

Review 18：The room is quite small with limited space. It will be quite difficult and you may not comfortable to pray(for muslim) because of that limited space. And when you in the room you can clearly hear sound from outside. Anyway, it still value for your money.
