Review 1：The location. Was nice and quiet, but didn't feel convenient to get out and about.

Review 2：That the Dao Diamond helps deaf and hard of hearing children. All staff professional and both hearing and deaf staff use sign language as needed. Free shuttle services! Complimentary breakfast!

Review 3：The only thing that we did not like was the bed, it was just a bit too shaky, if one turned the other one had to turn as well.

Review 7：Breakfast is boring. Eggs were cold; ham was cold; rice was cold. Bleech. My room was far enough away from the WiFi transmitter that I had no reception but close enough to the neighbors' dog kennel to be constantly aware their barking, fighting, yipping and whining.

Review 8：The facility is beautiful. I couldn't figure out if this was an ancient building which has been brilliantly refurbished or a new building cleverly designed to look classic. The staff is wonderful!

Review 10：this hotel is run by the Deafness Foundation and many of the staff are deaf, they are also shareholders in the hotel and it is obvious they invest a good deal of their income back into the property, this is a lovely hotel and is spotless, the food is good as are the facilities and is pleasant to see the positive attitude and cheery faces of the staff..well done guys, keep up the good work we will be back

Review 12：The staff on reception were all excellent..very friendly and very helpful. We were made to feel very welcome. Other staff on the whole were also very friendly..despite some communication problems..and always had a warm welcoming smile. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Review 13：Too many bugs. But you can request for them to spray your room.Breakfast food needs improvement but other menu items we tried like hiphop chicken sinigang and polo quesadilla are delicious.

Review 14：Most of the staff are deaf here. But they are efficient and that doesnot hinder them from doing their job. Breakfast is served daily andit is a good portion already, although the breakfast food can usesome improvement. Do not forget to order hip hop chicken though (roomservice) it is very delicious and cheap. The free airport shuttle isa bonus and the hotel also provides cheap transportation within thecity (php15one way). You can also avail of tours at the hotel(additional cost but worth it as it is hard to commute around Bohol).Overall it was a great experience for what we paid for. Willdefinitely stay here again.
