Bianca Resort & Spa in Kolasin is surrounded by magnificent pine forests and enjoys breathtaking views of the Bjelasica Mountain.

Review 1：The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere was very warm for the New Year days. The food is delicious and with many choices. The best place to stay in Kolasin.

Review 2：Restaurant. pay attention to the discounts the recepetion give for the restaurant, you go and do not have the discount if you don't tell to the waiter before ordering. Quite unpleasant. Room almost without view, small windows

Review 11：Hotel charged my credit card though I had marked in my reservation that I would pay with cash. They were unwilling to reverse the charge. Do not choose the buffet for dinner as most foods are overcooked.

Review 15：Great spa facilities. The swimming pool (25 m length) is open morning till evening and sauna in afternoon. Hotel staff is very friendly and answers to all questions. Milica is very friendly and ready to help with all questions about restaurants and places of Kolasin. Private parking available. Restaurant food (buffet and ala carte) and breakfast is good.

Review 17：Great hotel with full accomodation. As Kolasin is quite a small village without some many entertainments, it was perfect to be able to stay in this hotel after trekking / walking in the beautiful surroundings. Everything is there: space, nice restaurant, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a bar, outdoor terrace. The bedrooms were really comfortable.

Review 19：Clean, smart and relaxing hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good spa facilities (I had a very enjoyable massage!) and two pools - one indoors, one outdoors. Good location towards the edge of town - close enough to be very near all the facilities, but not so close that you are kept awake by hustle and bustle.

Also on the inside. This creates a unique atmosphere. Very good service and professionalism at the service desk !

Review 44：The atmosphere is extremely pleasant (wood features everywhere, smell of wood, temperature), the spa facilities are very beautiful especially the 25m pool with bay windows open on the impressive pine wood forest. I've stayed on several occasions during the last 5 years, and it seems the kindness of the personnel is a lot better now than it used to be.

Review 110：The pictures are telling you more it's an old hotel, carpet everywhere, not hygienic, breakfast was very bad. Staff was not helpful, wifi was not working very well, you had to move around in the lobby, again and again, for wifi in the rooms, you have to pay, even in the lobby wifi is working very bad. The poolwater was very cold. Restaurant, very high prices. Even for drinks. The pictures on booking.com of certain rooms are not corresponding. If you ask a superior room you can see a picture with a wooden floor, (this is a suite), they give you a carpet floor, but really old, dirty carpet floor.

Review 113：It is not actually dissatisfied. I booked with the guarantee of one credit card but paid upon departure with another. At this moment both seemed to have been charged. The hotel asked me to pay 0.01euro to unfreeze my first card and i did. But so far i am not sure if money charged from that card is returned or not. Bit complicated :(

Review 114：The hotel is safe, clean, spacious and especially ideal for family with kids. They can play in the pool and public areas without parents supervision. I had two changes to my booking and the people at the sales department (her name is Dušica) are extremely helpful.
