Review 1：I booked Deluxe Double Room from Booking .com with the deal of RM85 per night for 3 nights (RM255) but was given a room without window. Asked the staff why no window, was told RM85/night was the lowest price. If I want with window I need to pay extra RM5 per night. I asked them to show me the room but was told room with window was only available at 3rd floor. Asked the staff if there is any lift, was told the lift not functioning. With my heavy luggage, it is not possible for me to carry my heavy luggage using staircase until 3rd floor. So, I gave up and stay in the 1st floor room without window. That was not the end of the story. There was no bottle drink and coffee maker but outside the room has water dispenser. Try to get hot water and the hot water dispenser was not functioning. Need to borrow electric kettle from the counter with a deposit of RM20. The bathroom door cannot close properly, I am solo traveler so it was not a problem for me. With my 3 night stays, I've killed more than 10 mosquitoes and got the bite too. Once in a while, you can see one or two mosquitoes flying around the room. In the room, you cannot stay bare footed as they never mop the floor. The first day I step into the room, there was stain mark and floor was sticky. Before I leave the room in the morning, I put on make up room sign, the bed was tidy up but not the floor. Only after 2nd night, I noticed they did sweep the floor but no mopping. If this hotel is new one, why so many things not functioning?
