Review 1：Internet was slow but being on an island is not about being on the internet with many more things to see and do, probably no high speed net on the island? no hot water in the morning but i assume its because of solar heating for the water.everthing else was really good and if thats all there is to complain about, then its not much

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is great. and the rooms are spotless .The homemade breakfast is outstanding , we sure will miss the fresh bread which is baked every morning; right out of owen:) The environment is fantastic, we have loved the pure nature and the peace. Siiting in the garden and watching the stars and listening the owels make yo feel you are very special. Frankly speaking, Akvaryum hotel surely deserves for visiting again and again.

Review 5：The hosts were extremely attentive throughout our stay - offering coffee, setting up moped rentals, checking on us, etc. The food was great value and delicious. The free breakfast was exceptional and enough to keep us satiated until dinner. The views were incredible, and the location is a very short walk to a small, sandy beach.

Review 6：The location is perfect, isolated, surrounded by nature, in front of one of the most beautiful beach of the island. The staff is charming and very friendly. The outdoor terrace is lovely, the perfect place to chill out. The traditionnal island breakfast is insanely good!

Review 9：The hotel is located close to the sea side in the southern part of the island away from the town center where most of the tourists seem to stay and this location makes it an exceptional place to stay. Very calm and relaxing separated from the bustle of the town center filled with tourists and local people. It was easy for us to reach there, only 20 minutes drive or something, from ferry boat pier because we came by car using a car ferry from Geyikli. You can even find a Corvus winery on the way where you can taste or buy one of the best wines of Turkey. Ahmet, manager of this hotel is a person of hospitality who speaks English well and he helped us a lot during the stay. Also all the people there were very nice and helpful. I recommend you all to stay at this hotel, especially to people who are thinking to go to Bozcaada by car. But even if you are not coming by car, it is easy to get to the town center for some food and drink. You can ask Ahmet to call a taxi and you will pay approximately 30 Turkish Lira (about 10 Euros at current exchange rate) for one way, 60 Turkish Lira for a round trip. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Review 12：I must say i liked nearly everything about this hotel. i was there with my wife and two kids (8 and 14). We travel quite a lot and Akvaryum was perhaps the first ever hotel which all of the family members loved. The location of the hotel is perfect. it looks over a beautiful little beach which you can reach by walking a nice pathway that runs between herbs and bushes. The hotel is away from the crowd and is distant from the center of the city and yet the owners (Deniz and Berna) make sure that all of your needs are fulfilled. At nght, you can enjoy tens of galaxies and the absolute silence while drinking great Bozcaada wines. We traveled around the beautiful island but we always felt much better when we returned to the hotel. The breakfast is one of the best i have ever had in a boutique hotel. Arguably, the best part of the hotel was the owners. Deniz and Berna are really great hosts, not only because they are true intellectuals, they know the island extremely well and send you to all good places, but also you have the chance to converse with a series of intellectuals (their friends and old customers of the hotel) on their tables. We hope to be there again as soon as possible.

Review 22：I don't usually write reviews for hotels I visited but I was extremely pleased with my stay at Akvaryum Hotel, so I wanted to add a few comments. The location Akvaryum Bay is easily reached by taxi or car from the center. The beach is unspoiled and clean with a 5 minute walking distance from the hotel. The room was very stylish with a perfect sea view. The breakfast is served at the hotel terrace with amazing view and everything was so delicious with homemade jams, bread and wide variety of other dishes (one of the best breakfasts ever!). The staff was extremely helpful and friendly explaining the highlights of the island with all the recommendations. The owners are a lovely couple. In the evening it was great to enjoy the terrace and stars accompanied by wine and music selection from the music expert owner Deniz. I am already looking forward to staying there next summer. Many thanks to the owners and all the staff.

Review 25：We had been to the island several times before but never in September. It was great to be there when the crowds were gone. Wonderful beaches all around and right in front of you is the Akvaryum Bay which is a real aquarium. We found out that the best timing is September for us and the best choice is Akvaryum, as it is situated on its own with no neighbors, over a large land which allows you to fully enjoy your privacy, the nature, no car sounds, wonderful star gazing at night time. Staff that are there to help when you need but also not watching over your shoulder your each move. Other guests don't bother you at all, rather you have the feeling of being all on your own which were sooo looking for. It was too short, we'll be back to stay longer.
