Review 1：Noisy Air C. Very poor Wi-Fi reception in our own room and from underneath "hot Spot". When loading my car ,I was "chipped by owner /management when I was reversing.(unfortunately I did not see a very old sign forbidding this action.All rooms within the area were closed.

Review 2：1. There was no iron in the room and the laundry facilities were not open at the time of the morning I needed the iron and had to go to my graduation in creased clothing. 2. It's summer and the pool was closed before dark and it was a hot night, we would have liked a swim. 3.We were recommended a place to go for dinner that had a courtesy bus who took us around the town 3 times and stopped for petrol before we actually got to where we were going and the people there were unfriendly so we left. 4. Very little information about our stay or facilities available to us was given to us on arrival, we didn't think to ask about check out as we were leaving at 7:30am before reception opened and were not sure what to do with the key so left it in the room. 5. The room didn't smell too pleasant and trying to air it out didn't help either.l, the room was very stuffy and didn't have enough ventilation. Won't be staying here again if we come back to Wagga Wagga that's for sure

Review 4：when we ordered a takeway for dinner on arriving late the takeaway place did not supply us with eating utensils and on request the the gentleman who was obviously taking meals to rooms (we were too late to order this by 15 mins) he said no they didn't supply utensils so we rang the chinese restaurant and they came back to our room and delivered utensils.. maybe a couple of plastic forks in the room or at reception would be a good idea for such circumstances disappointing that we were only 15 mins late to order dinner and breakfast which we would have liked to have done

Review 6：Booking.com stuffed up the booking and while I paid for my daughter she was not listed as being with me. Fortunately, the Managers solved the problem quickly and efficiently.

Review 7：Have stayed there before. The Managers remembered me and made my daughter and I feel really welcome.The room was really comphy and my other daughter was able to stay with us in the same room overnight

Review 8：Big black spider which lived in the single bed. When my son went to bed this spider ran out of the pillow. Hence there was trouble sleeping there for the two kids. $148/night in Wagga Wagga for basic accommodation out of the town is a little steep. Not the most attractive rooms I have seen.
