Review 1：Breakfast was included but was not anything good to eat. We choose to eat elsewhere. Great bagel place across the street.

Review 20：The staff were friendly and the pool was nice. Coffee and muffins were available each morning. It was a nice, quiet stay.
Review 21：A few of the lamps did not have bulbs. Microwave older, had a twist timer, so you need to be careful how long your "stuff" is in there. It worked fine, however. Pool is closed when there is no manager on duty. Both full days the pool was opened but did close early one of those days. Would be nice to have consistent hours. Stayed in Room 116, which is right next to the office. Only issue was that manager/owner lives upstairs, so we heard him walking around at all hours. Once we got to sleep, not a problem. Also, the hotel, as the other hotels on this strip are located between the railroad tracks and a busy highway. The noise from this was suprisingly minimal. Doors kept a lot of noise out.
Review 22：Three night getaway for the family. Location near Atlantic City, 10-15 minutes from the boardwalk. Realistically, let's talk about expectations. If you intend to spend 60 bucks, but expect a $200 per night room, you will be disappointed. What we found was a perfectly servicable room for 60 bucks a night during summer. It included free wifi, a fridge, microwave, and a clean outdoor pool. Ice machine functioned. For the value, it worked out nicely. Rooms were clean, staff was nice. (housekeeping even made the bed using our daughter's pillows and personal blankets, a nice touch). Restaurants nearby, try Calabria's Pizza, it's excellent and only a minute's drive.

Review 91：My Fiance had a surprise for me in the hotel, after a nice romantic purposal at Times Sqare. When we had gotten to the room, all of his stuff was gone. But nothing in the room was cleaned. No trash dumped, no new towels bed was not redone, but his surprise was gone. How did they even know what he did??? thats a good question. They said it could be a fire hazard, ok but why would you throw away someones things??Wouldnt replace his items. Was not a good look, will never go back again.

Review 95：don't expect too much of the included breakfast - it is very basic (pastry, coffee, juice) and you have to carry it to your room because there are no chairs and tables in the lobby, room could have been cleaner (we saw an insect in the room on our last day - not sure whether or not it was a cockroach), the electric devices in the room were quite old and some didn't work properly (fridge was too cold, tv remote didn't work)

Review 99：Your website advertises flat-screen tv'S. The tv's in the roomswere not flat screen and they were about 10 yrs old. When we asked aboutthis, we were told that for all they (owner's son/manager)cared, we could leave right now and that they were not some fancy chainhotel. If we wanted a flat screen we could go down the street. Shortlyafter checking in to room 111 and 110, I started to have difficultiesbreathing in room 111 and after checking the room found a large amountof mold on the bathroom ceiling tiles over the tub. Additionally, therewas mold on the ceiling above the desk. This was unacceptable andunhealthy and only made worse by the fact that I have a sensitivity tomold, my 6yr old son has a heart condition that could cause problems ifhe had a reaction to the mold, and a 10 yr old son with allergies. Wheninforming the staff (owner's son/manager and owner's wife)of all of these issues, we were told that we could find another room inanother hotel because it was slow during the week. However, they did nothave another room to move us to because they refused to put us in a roomthat cost more. Although I managed to not raise my voice and remainfocused on the issues at hand, in the process of this conversation wewere told that they could not refund our money because we booked on yourwebsite and returning our money would make the "books lookfunky" and we were threatened that the police would be calledbecause they were good friends with the Absecon police chief.Additionally, when my 6 yr old found the pastries and tongs theowner's wife snatched the tongs out of his hand, cutting it in theprocess, and then asked that the children be taken outside. In the end,I swapped rooms with the other members of my family so I, my 3yr olddaughter and 6 yr old and 10 yr old sons could sleep in a room where wecould breath (room 110).

Review 101：The staff could not provide us with decent pillows, the pillows provided were flat, so we bought our own. The continental breakfast was'nt always there @ specified times & no HBO thats offered. They do'nt have do not disturb signs, so housekeeping knocks on the door waking us up numerous times.

I then marked the blanket on bothbeds with a pen to see if the beds were being changed like we requestedand for 5 out of the 6 days we were there the maid put the same dirtyblanket back on the bed even though we had it on the floor each morningwith trash on top of it. When confronted she stated that she"forgot" to put a clean blanket on and she just figured sincea blanket was already there on the floor she would use it

My friend who I mentioned in my reservation notes would be arriving earlier was given such a very hard time getting into the room. This was after the reservation was confirmed over the phone and my companions name was mentioned. 2: I also requested a non smoking room. When I arrived at the room, it smelled like smoke, the air conditioner filters were so dirty I cleaned them in the bath tub and put them back into the air conditioning unit so it would not smell like cigarette smoke.The manager than woke us up at 7am to sign some papers.Is this enough? I could go on....Also not enough categories, I am a middle aged independent who likes to travel person.
