Review 1：I don't feel like this hotel deserves 4 stars! Bathroom, rooms not 100% clean. Very, very warm in the whole hotel. In the spa: dirty floor, a lot of things like shower, wather pump...etc. are broken & instead of repear it they put a paper on which is written "broken"! Not exactly child friendly whit candles on the floor all over the place, the jacuzzi water had a strange smell, The bar: water is amazingly expensive (8 lei) which is not normal for Romanian standards...in clubs ore other 5* hotels its 5 or 6 lei 1 0,5 water! Bar it's closing very early 22:30! Restaurant has no night snack, the hotel it's ok! But I really don't believe that it deserves 4 stars!!

Review 3：The staff didn't stop children or adults jump into the pool. Pool and jacuzzi were very crowded after 12 pm. Also, for breackfast, after 9am it was very crowded in the main restaurant area

Review 4：- Reception desk was sometime crowded as well as the restaurant (however the hotel was fully booked at this night, therefore probably other period it is not so typical) - More fruit would be great for the breakfast

Review 5：- Spa area is very enjoyable especially after daylight with specific lighting instruments - Parking was safe and easy very close to the hotel - It is located at the heart of the spa resort, still a quiet place - There is a specific brochure available at the reception desk about amazingly interesting trials in the close area - Nice lobby bar with excellent coffee and view on the nature

Review 6：The fridge in the room was not powered on hence no cold water, soft drink, cold beer inside.

Review 7：Staff, very clean and comfortable room, restaurant is opened until 23.00. We had dinner around 22.45 few minutes after we arrived to the location. A plus is the fact you may order food in the room if you are hungry and arrive later than 23.00 even if the night menu is a reduced one. Very nice view from the 7th floor.

Review 8：The pool is closed on Monday morning until 14:00, which is inconvenient for people checking out on Mondays - as the public Tusnad Thermal Bath is closed as well. This information is not available on the internet and one only finds out at the hotel. The reception staff is polite, but is not paying to much attention to what you are asking, giving inexact information. There is no discount for Booking.com customers, everybody paying the same listed rate of 240 RON/night.

Review 9：The pool and its Badu Jet addition for water massage.

Review 10：very small rooms. The cleaning just onece per week, maximum what they were doing - changing the towels. In fitness room big humidity, impossible to do some exercises. They allow to smoke inside, next by lobby in the bar and because of this very bad smell (combination of smoke and spa air) The ventilation in bathroom didn't work and even they didn't repair it after i asked. The shower cabin is also broken and a lot of water came out on the floor after using it. So i was cleaning the bathroom by myself after taking a shower :))))

Review 13：Spa closes at 9 pm. One of the two saunas was not working. But the worst thing was not having any water in the bathroom overnight. There was no one at the reception and we had to walk to the nearest gas station to buy some drinking water at 3 a.m.

Review 22：The SPA area is very poor. Jacuzzi water was dirty, full of clor\detergent. Turkish sauna was unavailable. Finish sauna was cold, there is no thermometer inside or watch. The heat in rooms was too high, we had to sleep with the window open all nigth long. It was so hot inside you were sweating. The air conditioner was smelling very bad!

Review 27：Did not like the quality and the price of food in the hotel restaurant. The breakfast was not bad. But I do not advise to use the restaurant for lunch or dinner. It is better for you to find another place in the city where you will find good food and reasonable prices.

Review 28：Basically no complaints about the hotel. The staff is courteous and friendly. Clean. Comfortable rooms. Beautiful views. Good spa and relaxation center for a short rest. Small quiet and cozy town also left a good impression.

Review 29：A little expensive (hotel and restaurant too). Nothing special if coming with children. TV had no programme for children, and our daughter loves toons. The couch is not suitable for sleeping so we had to sleep all three in the same bed. Few people were in hotel and in the morning we had to order breakfast, there was no Swedish buffet (anyway we got what we needed). One time when eating lunch we had something inappropriate (ficatei de pasare - chicken liver [?]) - we simply couldn't eat.

Review 51：Room format is wrong, there is no clothes hanger or shoes storage space near the door, so you have to put them in the room next to the bed ! There is no shelf or special place for cosmetics in the bathroom. Temperature for wet sauna and heated jacuzzi was either too high or too low. The massage / spa services are too expensive compared to the room price and generally to Tusnad area. Breakfast option is extended but way too expensive at 35 RON ! They should offer some limited or pre-ordered choice around 15-20 RON.

Review 52：Good sauna-pool-heated jacuzzi-fitness facilities including a stationary swimming machine (counter-current pool) very good for triathlon training ! Good restaurant, they treated us twice with complimentary palinka and blueberry drinks. I confess I have very high expectations for the food, the rest of the group was very pleased, I found it OK. Price per person including drinks and desert is good, around 35-50 RON Very nice surrounding wild area, we had a mountain run through the fresh snow and even encountered fresh wild bear tracks :) Nice, clean room with new bathroom, big LCD and big bed.
