Review 1：There was an issue with some of the guess, which could not be controlled by the Hotel staff.
Review 2：The couple at the front desk were extremely polite and accommodating. The room was clean and very spacious. it is very close to a lot of stores and restaurants.
Review 3：The owners are great people. So nice and gave us a non smoking room at no extra charge even though there was an error when we booked that gave us a smoking room.
Review 4：The carpet in room was dirty. The pillowcases had hair on them. The bathtub/shower was not clean. The toilet paper roll and tissue dispenser were rusted and coming out of wall. The refrigerator door would not shut closed.
Review 5：Very bad location and questionable people hanging around all night. Transient sleeping in a back stairwell with very little lighting. Parking is TERRIBLE.
Review 6：Entry light didn't work had to use cell phone light to find my way in the the corner of the room light. Bed was wrapped in plastic so we sweated all night and no one wanted to move due to the sound of the plastic. The pillow cases had hairs on them. The bedspread was stained so bad we had to completely take it off the bed. Not enough towels for 4 people and the 2 towels including the floor towel were so grungy. The shower curtain was covered in mold. We also waited 20 minutes for the front desk lady to come to the office and help us.

Review 8：Hotel location was sketch. Next to a small plaza with a 7-11. Guys loitering. Parking was in back. Kinda scary. Rusted cars in lot. No microwave or fridge in room. Or hair dryer.And small TV in room had problem with top of screen.

Review 13：The managers are super nice! And the location was perfect for my last minute booking. I went to Chula Vista for a concert so it was just a short stay!
Review 14：Room 201 is over the lobby. The box spring part of the bed is broken and makes a lot of noise when you roll over or sit down. It wakes you up if your partner moves during the night. Also, asian couple not responsive to phones, either from outside the property or on house phones. Good thing I didn't have to report a fire. No lighting near or over microwave/refrigerator. Cannot read heating instructions for heating things up or see what's in the fridge.
Review 15：A/C worked very well. Plenty of hangars. Good padding under carpet. Bathroom and fixtures in very good condition. Sound resistance pretty good but unit located next to busy street with sirens.
