Review 1：It could use a bit more facilities for a 5 star hotel inside the rooms. There wasn't even any shampoo in the bathroom. The SPA center and pool are slightly disappointing.

The general quality (look and feel) does not correspond to our understanding of a 5-star-facility. Swimming pool is small, elevators are flimsy (and tacky) and the TV malfunctioned.

Review 23：Although the likes, bottom line - this is not a 5 star hotel. Its more like a reasonable 4 star hotel. And it has big issues with off-season activity. When we got to the room it was really cold. After 2 conversations with the reception lady we understood that the central heating is not open because there arent enough guests (off-season), so we got a portable radiator. Why does a 5 star hotel need to wait for the customer to complain about room temperature before doing something about it? Spa area is very unappealing - old and not well-maintained. The pool temperature was so low i couldnt go in, the steam bath machine made a sound of a truck every time steam was produced (not very relaxing), woman in spa reception was not nice. The whole atmosphere just made us go and pass on the spa after 10 minutes there. Hotel restaurant doesnt accept credit card?!?! in a 5 star hotel?? Breakfast variety was poor. Again - this is just not a 5 star hotel. You'd expect a whole lot more from a hotel like this, especially the attitude and money saving activities during off-season.

Review 58：I ordered a double room, when I got to the room it was two singles put together, I asked for a change as I did book a double room a was told none was availabile, no discount was offered.I was told that twin rooms and so called double rooms were the same price. The bed sheets were the worst that I have seen, lights and fittings were dated and loose and when you switched the lights on the shades had burnt marks on them. The television was over 10 years old, a small 20 inch one. In the bathroom the bath had mould dew around the top and some of the silicone was coming off, the plug hole in the bath had to get pulled out by the nails of my fingers, after a days skiing its nice to have a relax in the bath tub! the hotel is over priced I could have had all inclusive across the street for the same, maybe better room conditions. this hotel is supposed to be the best in Pamprovo, I can say its not as I have stayed for 4 ski seasons at 5 hotels.
