Review 1：meals were excellent, though pricey as well. variety of food choices was limited. we tried to get a sandwich in the evening but none were available.

Review 2：the apartment we rented was spectacular, though a bit pricey. staff was very accommodating.

Review 3：Conceirge was awful every time we trued to book something with her she was unable to help. In addition she was supposed to book a private transfer from the airport to the hotel for us but when we arrived in Turks nothing was there - not a great way to start the vacation. Also, the poolside restaurant where breakfast and lunch was served had the worst service we received anywhere on the island. One morning it took us an hour and a half to have breakfast - what a waste of time! Also, we spent a day out on a private boat a returned back to the hotel around 5:15pm wanting to have a cocktail by the pool. We got to the poolside bar and were quickly informed they were closed for the day and the other bar at the hotel did not serve frozen drinks - seriously??? Closing poolside bar by 5pm?? So we went to the beautiful hotel next door where they war very happy to serve us.

Review 4：Hotel room was very clean and spacious with everything you could need. Roosevelt on the Beach was awesome! He always got you what you needed and every day walked around handing out cold water for everyone.
