Review 1：We used google map and Waze to find the hotel but the destination on GPS lead us wrong place continuously. We got tired and finally my husband got angry. We could find the lication after I asked to a Chinese and called to hotel. Even the linked path on booking.com is wrong. They have to modify their address or hotel name on map.

Review 3：-Location very hard to find and calling hotel for direction also useless. -The worst thing, if you book by Booking.com they will not secure your booking, unless you pay first.

Review 5：The person manning the front desk is not helpful & unfriendly. The cleaner / helpers are smoking in the floor and affect our room.

Review 9：The blanket is too small for two person. There are no place to put your shirt in the toilet. There are few tiny baby cockroaches!! Bed sheet are not really clean. Cigarette smell in the room, after that was okay. Stayed in the 4th floor and have to take the stairs which is exhausting!

Bedsheet is different and uglier thanin the picture shown. Room arrangement is not the same as shown.Basically. Everything is misleading and I felt cheated the moment Iwalked in the room. I asked the receptionist that I made a bookingonline from this website. She didnt check it in the computer insteadserved me like it was a walk-in purchase. I asked if the room is thesame as it shows in the picture here, she said slightly the same. Butwhen I went to the room. It was completely different and completelydissapointing. I wasnt and still not happy about this
