Review 1：Massage therapist was not very polite, and the room where you get the massage was cold. The jacuzzi is not actually a jacuzzi, rather water-massage (it's some water jets in the pool, thus no warm water). Turkish sauna is only available for groups, otherwise closed.

Review 2：Nice, clean, pleasant room. Swimming pool & backround music at pool (oldies but goldies type, not too loud). Lady at reception helpful& friendly.

Review 4：We loved the carpeted bedroom plus sitting room with it's large bathroom in spite of it being an attic room on the 4th floor. Beautiful view of the mountains. Good buffet breakfast though you need to get there early as they tend not to replenish items. Don't miss Lake St Ana!

Review 7：Very friendly and helpful staff, they made us feel welcome and tried to fulfill all our requests. Great breakfast, a lot of options to choose from, fresh vegetables. Lovely views of the "Solyomko" from our window. We were a 4 person party, we booked a standard room and a suite. We liked the standard room better and ended up spending most of time there since it had a nice terrace and a view of the the mountains.

Review 8：Waiting repeatedly in line at reception, first time 35min, second only 20, then I lost track. They said 'Everybody waits and they don't mind'. Poorly organized. Most clients are seniors on medical treatments.

Review 10：No balcony or air conditioning in apartments. No wifi available in the room. The sofa can be used only by a child, is not suitable for adults. Be careful at the bears if you want wander thru the city in the late evening. Overall Tusnad is in a very poor condition, not much to do outside hotel.

Review 13：In general ok. Un hotel renovat 90%, deci relativ ok. Micul dejun este tip bufet suedez, destul de consistent, dar fără pretentii exagerate. Piscina si sauna noi, curate, inclusiv pt.copii. Centrul lor de tratament (masaje, jacuzzi, bai galvanice, reflexoterapie) destul de bine puse la punct, dar situate la subsolul hotelului. Pt.pranz si cina, restaurantul hotelului nu oferă un meniu prea variat. Mâncare corecta per ansamblu.

Review 14：No air conditioning in the suits which are more expensive than standard suits that have air conditioning. The stuff doesn't speak English or any other language rather than Romanian. The feeling of the communist regime period. Some things are even ridiculous. Lake Ciucas which nearby is dirty and neglected, piles of garbage and dirty water.

Review 27：The booking was messed up - we booked doubles but got studios instead, which are on the mansion near a huge kitchen vent that made a lot of noise; given the fact that the studio was on the mansion, there was no view and no terrace. Even if they said they had a jacuzzi near the pool, that was only a corner of the pool that was blowing cold water. Bottom line, the price is quite big for Romania given the location and classification, even if we had a studio for the price of a double room - studios are way overrated judging on the price.

Review 30：Hotel is newly built/renovated as such the rooms smell fresh and clean and so where the facilities. Value for money is grand. I had to cut my stay short due to heavy snowfall and the receptionist allowed me a late check-out without charging anything for it. Nice human touch that really rounded my most enjoyable stay there. The spa area albeit in need for a little more aesthetically presentation offers a great variety of treatments for a great price. i had the relaxing massage and a clay mask, both very well and professionally done.The area is a wonderful destination, and the hotel is close to the trainstation and to all major scenic hiking routes. The views onto the mountains from the windows are gorgeous.

Review 31：- the hotel is still under renovation / extension - there were workers just below the balcony of our room, up and about first thing on Monday morning (7 a.m.) It it understandable, but under any other circumstances, they would have ruined my holiday sleep - the parking place needs more arrangements: night time lightning, more good pavement etc. - anyhow, none of the above were disturbing, it is understandable for a hotel in transformation. - the value for money was a bit overrated

Review 35：La cazare inca se mai cere CI pentru siguranta. Nu se incurajeaza plata cu cardul, dar restul la cash se da foarte greu. Micul dejun este inclus, dar nu toate produsele sunt incluse. De exemplu, este inclusa apa la dozator, dar nu si cea la sticla, pt care veti plati separat. Daca veti fi nervosi, va puteti relaxa in cabina de dus cu usile care nu se inchid ermetic, poate ca o compensatie pentru baia ridicol de mica. Evitati locul!
