Review 1：- smell of smoke in the room though we have specified no smoking - bedding was not changed - noisy neighbours over the road - no personnel on site - wanted invoice but no one to help us

Review 3：The password for the wi-fi is a phone number on a hotel card, i found that quite un-handy. The rooms have kitch decorations.
Review 4：The hosts are nice, though not very professional. Overall, the room was clean, price/quality ok, unexpected bufet breakfast.. If you just need a bed for a night you can stop here.

Review 6：We did not receive the room we booked, the shirtless receptionist complained twice during the check-in that he had called previously and we didn't answer - we had called in as well and the number was out of service - yet we badly needed help to find the location of the pension as the street was in maintenance. We got a "better room" he said, in the attic: the lights from the hallway could be seen through the large door window. The shower was dirty, incomplete, while the bathroom window opened in the hallway - not outside as one may think. The linen wasn't any better, we had to use a towel from the bathroom on the pillow case, the led spotlights did not function, couldn't turn lights on or off from the switches near the bed.
Review 7：The location - the hotel is behind a gas station, near the main road: easy way to get out as soon as possible.
Review 8：helpful staff, family environment, cleanliness, security, parking. We slept there one night, but it was the best accommodation during our trip. Recommended!
