The second floor contains the 3 double bedrooms and en suite bathrooms with modern fittings.
Free private parking is also available at the villa. The closest bus top is only 100 feet away and the nearby lake is just 350 feet from the villa.

Review 1：Terrible host. Very incorrect attitude. Cancelled our reservation without prenotice. With friends we booked 2 houses in the Lake villa 2 months before our vacation, the host confirmed it immediately and 2 days before our arrival he explained that he has to cancel one of the reservations, because he cannot free the two houses due to some guests that have not left. Proposed replacement option was a house out of the city. On top of all at the day of departure he forced us to leave by 12h, even though in the reservation it was stated that departure is between 13 and 18h. Booking.com did not support us at all. Great disappointment. House was not clean and it is still under construction in some parts (cabling hanging from all walls). If you want to keep your good mood for vacation, do not choose this place ever.
