The city of Piran with its narrow streets and little squares resembles a large open-air museum for medieval architecture. The Town Museum with its valuable archeological, ethnographic and historical exhibitions, the Sea Aquarium, the Tartini theater and the numerous galleries are definitely worth a visit.

Review 1：At the bathroom boiler was water driping down all the time - need to fix it, no breakfast, no elevator.

Review 3：If u drive, bring the hotel reciept after putting your stuff in the hotel. Or esle it costs you 3 Euro. The hotel didn't inform me.

Added value was parking ticket from the reception for the garage outside of Piran (you can not park inside the city, however you can enter with your car free of charge to bring your luggage and then leave your car outside of the city in the garage - the city provides free shuttle between the garage and city centre, otherwise its a nice max. 15 min. walk)

Review 10：Excellent location. We were helped with putting the bags to our floor. Comfortable bed, dishwasher. TV with multilanguage channels (Slovenian, Italian, French, German, English, Russian). Two conditioners.

Review 11：It was not as nice as the pictures. It was smaller and the furnishings were a bit tacky. The street just below our unit was noisy at night.

Review 14：Very close to the sea although it's not along the seaside. Just 1 minute walk to the town square and shuttle bus stop. The shuttle bus is the only way you can get to the town center. You have to park your car outside of the town.

Review 15：This apartment was a pleasant surprise. Very roomy and had everthing we needed. It was up two flights of stairs, but very well situated. Parking you have no choice. You unload your ou leave.luggage at the apartment then drive out of town to a security car park, then catch a bus back to the apartment. Then do it in reverse when you are leaving. Very easy.

Review 16：The parking is outside of the center so we got in, put our bags in the hoten and needed to go out again and come back by foot or free bus.

Review 18：The room was on the fifth floor of a walk up and we did not know that in advance. The instructions as to how to find the place when arriving in town could have been sent out to the guests in advance as it's a difficult place to get to and no cars are permitted so one must carry one's bags and it would be helpful if we knew where we were going in advance of getting to town. Also, there was hair on the floor from a previous guest.

Review 20：There was water leaking from the water heater and bad smell coming from plumbing. I had requested early check in but we had to wait until 2pm. On the contrary, the check out was very early, at 10 am.

Review 42：I liked the friendly attitude of the receptionist. The fact that parking was only 7.50 Euro when paid at reception. The position is wonderful probably only 20 metres away from the main square where the free bus from the carpark drops you. Quiet at night and has all you need for self-catering.

Review 43：Great location right near water. We were upgraded to the harbour view. Well catered kitchenette and good sized rooms with separate bedroom. Staff helpful and lots of good restaurants around. There is no parking but this is no problems as host explained the process to drive to parking garage then catch regular free shuttle back to nearly the door.

Review 57：Everything: Piran itself is a beatiful place to relax and enjoy your free moments by the sea and in the sun. It was the first time for us to stay in the apartment while visiting the Slovene coast but it was an excellent experience: the location is good - we benefited from splendid view from our windows. Apartment is very nice, well equipped so we felt like at home. The staff is extremely helpful and nice which added to our good feeling in Villa Piranesi as well.

Review 61：This is a great apartment stay in the heart of Piran at the shoreline with awesome views out the window to the small bay. Fridge, microwave, cookware, utensils, stovetop provided. Everything is in easy walking distance. Car parking is located off site with a free shuttle service that runs every 15 minutes or so. Parking is free as well, just make sure to give the parking ticket to hotel service to get the 'free' ticket that lets you out.

We got a very good rate as it was out of season, so we got excellent value for money. The owner was very friendly and welcoming as well.

Review 66：We didn't have hot water in the evening of our arrival when we were in desperate need for a hot shower. When having called the duty manager/owner? around 11:30 (there was no staff on duty at the property) he was reluctant to acknowledge- and to try to solve the problem or come to the location, he said he was out of town. As I was trying to reach him over and over again, he ended the calls or rejected my calls, referring to the late hour. In the morning, he acknowledged that the switch was broken to the boiler, but when we asked for a compensation for this inconvenience, he implicated that we only invented the story so we could get a discount (!) (in effect that we were lying). After that, he changed his tactic and said: "But it's working now" (!). After some verbal fighting, he gave us a 30% discount (which after such an ordeal we initially didn't want to accept but he insisted) and free parking. However good product for money this facility is, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of custormer relationship management in this property!

Review 83：Az ágy kényelmetlen, nagyon kemény, nem jó a rugózása. Megnéztük, nincs rugalmas alátámasztás, ez lehet az oka. Egy paplant tettünk a lepedő alá, úgy jobb lett. Kétlapos főzőlap van, de nagyobb edényből csak egy fér rá, így kicsit kényelmetlen. Jó lett volna még egy mikrohullámú sütő is.

Review 84：Elhelyezkedés elsőrangú, minden nagyon közel van, szép a rálátás a kikötőre. Az épület és a szobák szépen fel vannak újítva, kényelmes a berendezés és újszerű. Parkolást a város széli garázsban féláron kaptuk a szálláson keresztül és ott is fizettük, ötletesen van megoldva a garázsból való ki-bejárás, a recepción adnak hozzá jegyet. A garázsból grátisz busz visz be a belvárosba, ami gyakran jár. A személyzet nagyon barátságos, segítőkész. Márta magyarul is beszél, nagyon sokat segített, rengeteg jó ötletet adott kiránduláshoz is.

Review 98：- Close neighborhood of Piran city, which has preserved its medieval layout with narrow streets and compact houses. - No car traffic allowed in Piran town, with great parking facility located within 1,5km walking distance, plus free bus every 10 minutes. - Villa offers parking fee discount, making it 7 Euro per day vs. 17 Euro standard - Our kids love it, want to return to Piran as soon as possible, for much longer.

Please be informed that traffic in Piran is limited. You can park your car in the Fornače Piran Garage located near the entrance to the city. From there a free bus runs every 15 minutes to the centre of Piran where is Vila Piranesi. You can pay for the garage at the reception of Vila Piranesi, where you get 50% discount.Nevertheless, you can still drive in town, to the Vila Piranesi, to drop off/on visitors and luggage free of charge for a period of 15 minutes.
