Alexandra Resort sells fast on our site. With an idyllic location on spectacular Grace Beach, The Alexandra Resort & Spa features a large pool and a private beach area with the option of water sports equipment free to use by guests. Providenciales Airport is only a 10-minute drive away.
Some of the elegant suites at the Alexandra Resort overlook the lovely coastline from a private balcony or terrace. Each suite features air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD player and a full kitchen or kitchenette.
The Mango Reef restaurant overlooks Grace Bay Beach and it serves a variety of international and Caribbean dishes. The pool also has its own swim-up bar, with a range of signature cocktails.
There is a golf club near the resort, and a fitness center, free bike rentals and tennis courts are on-site. The hotel concierge is also on hand to arrange water sports, golf tee times and car rentals.

Review 1：The service at the restaurant...I know we are all on "island time" but service was not good at all and we tried breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Review 2：Love the resort...the staff are extremely friendly and the location is wonderful. However, the room rate was a little high for the type of room we had.

Review 3：Disappointed with the landscaping and size of the resort. Weren't many places to walk around. There were several areas with patchy grass that were fenced-off and could have been made to look more manicured. Limited water sports. Ocean view was more like partial ocean view.

Review 5：I didn't get to stay at the Alexandra as 36 hours before I was due to arrive, I was contacted and told the hotel was closed for a month for refurbishment, not something which is only known about 36 hours in advance. I was moved to the Beach House which was fantastic so I can't really complain. However, I book in advance so I can plan and don't like last minute changes, especially when they must have been known about much earlier.

Review 22：The location was absolutely gorgeous and we loved the casual feel of the resort. The restaurant, The Mango Reef was very good and so convenient. We loved walking down the beach to some other locations and restaurants and felt so safe. All of the people we met both staff and residents were so friendly and helpful. Overall, a really great trip that we will not forget!

Review 23：Felt taxi's took advantage of tourist who did not want to get a rental car. We felt safety was a concern for us since it was the British system and everything was left sided. We were charged $100 for a trip from Turtle Cove to Taylor Bay to Bugaloo's. Total could not have been more than 10 miles tops. Gas is $5.00 a gallon just seems extreme. A trip to grocery store $9.00 each and it was maybe 3 miles away should be per couple as cost for groceries is 3 to 4 times what we are use to. We were prepared for high cost in most areas but not transportation.

Review 24：Mango reef restaurant and staff were excellent and food was a great value for cost. Shuttles were provided some for a charge some for free. With service charges automatically figured in your room charges, I felt all shuttles Should be free or at least one trip to grocery store because it was not very far away.

Review 25：The beach access was easy and the beach area had room for everybody. The restaurant was very good and convenient. The room was just the right size with beautiful vistas of the inner courtyard/pool and of the ocean.

Review 26：The room was a little smaller than we expected, and what they call a partial ocean view was literally a tiny speck that could be seen in between the tree and the building.

The wait staff at the Mango Reef were friendly and very attentive.(Especially Donald the server) Cleaning service was wonderful as well, they came twice a day and if you asked for something they didn't have available on hand they got back to you in a very timely manner with it.

Review 57：The mattress was too hard for us to sleep soundly. These days a pillow top seems to be more standard in hotels. The room was very humid, in spite of our having the ac on and the windows closed. I suppose the next step would be dehumidifiers.

Review 61：Unlike the other hotel we stayed at in Turks... free water, morning coffee at reception lounge etc. not there. Considering room rates it should, at least, be included. Not a lot of helpfulness in finding things to do. Easy to plan out yourself but some other hotels gave discounts to restaurants or chips to play at the casino.

Review 62：Location, restaurant and pool were great. Restaurant had a daily Quiet location. Most rooms had a good or great view of the beach. Everyone working there were polite and professional. About a twenty minute walk on the beach to the center of town.

Review 63：We arrived at The Alexandra after our home we were staying in was burglarized. We did not feel safe. We checked in and had some difficulty at first but the lady behind the counter worked diligently to "make it work". Then I needed some other assistance and ran across a woman named Brokemia that worked at the resort. She helped me with all my issues and was the sweetest person I met on the trip. She put my mind at ease that they had never had any incident and was very kind as well as helpful. Brokemia and the Alexandra helped salvage what was left of our vacation. Having a decent onsite restaurant was very nice. Thank you.
