Review 1：There should be a food stall nearby or in the hotel

Review 2：I really felt comfortable during my stay at mangga boutique hotel. The facilities provided are really convenient. The hospitality and service provided by the hotel staff & management was good. Since I went with my family consisting of 4 members, the super family room was spacious for us. There is no food stalls in the hotel but within 500m there is a restaurant. Out of 10 my rate for this hotel would be 8.5

Review 3：Location of the air-con unit is not suitable. Cool air does not reached the bed due to the partition. Should be placed at the wall near the bed head.

Review 5：receptionist are not professional at all. They want me to pay cash which I do not have much with me and I don't have Malaysia bank card which I can not take out the cash easily. That's not my problem since they have to solve it out the credit card payment issue and not just let their customer to find a way to get the cash.

Review 12：I like to commend the two receptionists for their friendliness. They were also helpful by calling for a taxi when they saw that we had difficulty finding one outside the hotel. The room was nice and comfortable. The hotel also had snacks and beer for sale at the lobby for the convenient of the guest. I have no complain about the stay in the hotel.

Review 13：Everything was so great. The rooms are a little small so I suggest you book the King size room if you are looking for more space.

Review 14：I stayed at Mangga because I need to be Serdang location and most hotels are either cheap and run down or expensive. Mangga is such a clean, well staffed and comfortable hotel. The staff were so welcoming and always polite. There are so many local restaurants close by but I would suggest you rent a car to travel to and from. The parking was also good. And the wifi, is honestly the fastest wifi I've had since visiting KL and I come once a month. I really recommend Mangga for budget and comfort.

Review 23：First of all the photos they put here are deceiving. The exterior of the hotel does not look like the one in the picture, I have a problem findinf it with my taxi driver. Second of all the room was very small and it was smaller than what was written on the specification of the room. Second day of my stay here I encountered a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with one of the front desk staff. I kindly asked them to call me me taxi to Hospital Serdang which I have already done the night before without a problem. Instead of calling for a taxi like the night before, he called an old man from the office who happened to be their in-house driver. I was told that I have to use their service and I would be charged RM50 to go to Hospital Serdang. I politely said if I were to take a normal taxi it would cost me only RM18 maximum but they insisted I used their taxi. I told them that it is my choice to call for taxi service and I kindly asked them to call again. I was told that the hotel has no policy to call the taxi for their guests, I argued that last night they called the taxi without a problem and he replied last night they have different policy - I didnt know that a hotel can change policy overnight? After a lot of arguing and bickering one of the staff said I have to pay RM1 for every minute spent to call the taxi, I obliged eventhough I never had to pay anything before. The staff member was being very rude throughout the entire time and he kept insisting I should have used their own taxi. I am originally from Malaysia but right now I live in Europe, it is not a surprise to meet such people in Malaysia - bad service is everywhere but this experience ranks high on one of the worst customer services I have ever encountered. Please, stay away from this hotel - there are other better hotels with better location and service.
