Review 1：It's a new hotel (opened mid-2015), and a fair distance from the Medina and the center of the Ville Nouvelle. Make sure to have the hotel phone number on hand, or a map showing its location, when you get a taxi. On the bright side, the brochures at the front desk have a map, and are invaluable for later cab rides.
Review 2：The staff were absolutely fantastic. 10/10 and then some. They greeted us with a smile every time we walked in, spoke excellent English, had a great sense of humor, were informative about the area's attractions and getting around town, and went above and beyond in helping us in our travels. They also have the most extensive breakfast spread we've seen in all Morocco. The hotel and its rooms are bright, clean, hip, and well furnished.
Review 3：It is not close to the city center but rather in a residential area that is quiet and peaceful. The propert is new and modern. This suited us perfectly after three weeks traveling and stays at traditional houses. Was happy with some modernity and peace.
