Review 1：Upon arrival they couldn't find my reservation. I don't know if it was booking.com fault or the hotel. The staff were friendly and gave me a room. Manager was polite and honor the booking.com price. In November the hotel had charge me in advance for one night. Hotel should have only charge me for one more night. My credit card is still pending charges. The hotel total price doesn't add up to the booking.com reservation statement. I think the whole situation is a big mishap.

Review 2：The manager and staff were friendly and the room was clean. I have stayed here several times and I have never had a problem except this time.

Review 17：Staff gave me wrong room from reserved . They gave me Queen when a king was reserved . Paid for a King . When I eventually went to my room I found out it was a queen . I complained but they overbooked and sold out . They were clueless and had to pull out my printed reservation . Gave me a discount but not happy since I was traveling with my young daughter and bed wasn't big enough. Also no towels in room.

Review 20：The room was extremely dirty. The hotel staff was informed and pictures were taken but they did nothing about it but send someone to wipe the hair off the shower wall and half a** vacuum. The housekeeper even argued with me about changing the dirty cotton mattress cover that had food and hair all over it. It seemed like they never change it. The room was extremely disgusting!

Review 21：Sadly, I was charged Comic con prices and was asked to pay the full amount upon check in. (Which was initially not agreed upon after calling the hotel. You pay at checkout.) Though my friend paid for the first two nights, I was still charged for all 5 nights. They should hire people who know how to manage the books and charge the right amount. What a headache.

Review 31：When I made reservations it asked expected a rival with I said early check in 9am- 10am. When I arivid they said no early check in till 3pm I said I had reservations for an early check in. They said come back later. I said than why ask when time of arrival or for early check in if you don't honor it so those won't come early or those can chose amother hotel that can. So I had no choice but to wait which was inconvenient being I had to get ready for a wedding in my car.

Review 33：They had signs up all over the kitchen telling you what not to do. "ONLY ONE PER GUEST," "DO NOT TAKE FOOD FROM KITCHEN." There were too many rules for the hotel, or at least they could have been said in nicer terms.
