Review 1：It would have been nice to have been told the restaurant was closing at 7pm. We were sat there chatting at a table then when we ordered they told us we were too late.
Review 2：Service is very bad, you pay lot of money compared with other places in Philippines and is awful. They left us without service for the end of the year dinner. Looks like the woman didnt like when we asked for something all the time, bad face. The restaurant was not really clean, the floor dirty, table clothes too, were the same ones during our days, looking for the waiter while eating because no body in the surroundings... The monkey they have, bit my girlfriend and the owner was very nervous at the beggining because I asked to bring her to the doctor, then he did and nothing happened but the situation was ugly. Too much expensive for such a service.

Review 4：I was paying a whole load of money through booking.com the rate was doubled compared if booked straight from tbe resort.. so cheeky , wont allow me to cancell the booking. I know now what to do next time when on holiday when back on holiday never book it on an agent.. Wifi connection should be all over the place.

Review 6：The owner was horrible! He charged us for checking out late, even when we asked the receptionist if she didn't mind because we were trying to book some flights. He then shouted at us after we contested the charge. Definitely not a 'beach resort' either.

Review 8：I'm travelling 4th month in South-East Asia and I want to say it's not problem of this hotel, it's problem of many hotels in Philippines. You can not get good budget hotel for good money. Usually you'll get poor room for $30+ I'm talking only about room 4 close to the sea. 1. Red ants are everywhere, they have eaten every sweet food we had, and also made a hole in my t-shirt, they were even in bed biting me in night 2. Room is very worn. 3. Sound of waves from the sea does not allow no sleep well, besides that during high tide I felt shakes when wave hit the concrete basement of house. 4. Restaurant do not have choice for vegetarian, we had to improvise. 5. Home monkey attached to palm tree looks poor 6. Not close to whale sharks point but it is not problem if you rent scooter nearby. 7. You can not evaluate how you room looks like on booking because they show images of only one double room and tell that you room can look a "little different". 8. Air condition is noisy.
Review 9：1. Staff is very responsible, trying to solve our problems, but it did not help us. 2. Very close to sea, you can watch night fish men from your room 3. They try to renew nearby room, clean and paint the walls. 4. Good to stay for 1 night before whale sharks watching.
