Review 1：We really had a bad experience and we are extremely disappointed. The staff can't speak basic English. We booked a hotel apartment at pelican hotel with pool and sea view ( picture is attached) but we were shocked when the staff gave us a room with one double bed and 3 single beds and motor-way view and they stated it wasn't there fault as they don't have such option!!! We contacted booking.com agent to solve the problem and the hotel inforced to give us two separate rooms with sea view. However, the rooms were too small and there was no space for our baggage and on the top of that they were smelly and dirty with old furniture. The table on the balcony was too dirty ( picture is attached) and the sea view was not that good and there was no access to the beach. The location was not that good and very noisy as there is construction works on the beach area with very noisy sounds from the early morning 7:00 pm to 21:00 at night ( picture is attached). In addition, the swimming pool was dirty and you can see a layer of oil and hairballs. Overall, this hotel is extremely not recommend and it doesn't worth the money that we've paid. They just runed our holiday.

Review 3：the furniture is not new and modern. thier is a big project between the hotel and the sea which make the view not that good, also make it hard to walk to the sea. thier is only one girl in the reception who can speak inglish very well. also they charged my credit card more than the price in booking by about 100 turkish lira.

Review 4：The hotel is good in general. the rooms were clean, comfort and calm. the room service response was very fast.also the prices of room service was affordable. for example, they take 5 turkish lira for ironing one t-shirt. and they take also 5 turkish lira for a cup of nescafe in the room .which is affordable the bathroom water heater was working great and the water was coming out very nice. the air condition was working good in heating or cooling mood. the breakfast was acceptable

Review 9：Pelikan Hotel is one of the best hotel and highly recommended. The staff are very nice and always there for you. The view from the rooms is excellent(backside). It is near Tuyap Exhibition centre and good for vacation or business purpose.

Review 10：The smell of old smoke, probably as some time ago it was possible tosmoke inside the rooms (now it is forbidden but in the room there is theashtray). Secondly the uncared finishing of the rooms and the pluggedshower drain.

Review 11：Friendly staff, always disposal 24 hours. Restaurant. Easy to find as itis on the e-5 main road, also if no one of the taxi drivers know it.
