Review 1：Not much shopping surrounding the place to eat at and they cleaned my room and cleaned away the toothbrush provided and did not replace a new one.

Review 16：Hotel give access to other person whose going to check in on the day we check out (12pm). Yet she can access to our room and did enter our room for 3 times. The best part of, she ask us at 9 am. "when are you going to checkout?" Like seriously? I pay for my stay. Bad management of hotel. Boutique hotel can do better than you guys. This hotel have an old facilities. I`ve been to an older hotel yet, they manage to live up the hotel with some great decoration. This one, have nothing on the wall. Gloomy environment like a ghost hotel. Parking is sucks as well. Not recommended at all.
Review 17：Wow... I x have enough time to explain, so let me just list them down: the room size (too small), tv channels (not enough), breakfast (not varied or delicious), couldn't get extra blanket, pillow or towels, room was dusty... I guess that's that.

Review 21：The staff are not properly trained - The front desk personnel didn't know how to call a cab for guests. The housekeeping staff were burlish and rude, pushing towels toward me at the door roughly. The airconditioning was not working on the 2nd day of our stay and we were sweating throughout. The hotel did not properly inform guests of this, and only told us when we complained that they had asked for top up of gas for the airconditioning and it would be done in the evening. However it was not done at all, and we continued sweating till the next day, prompting us to check out earlier than we planned in our frustration. The breakfast spread is poor. On the 2nd day, there was minimal food prepared and no meat dish at all. The waiter went into the kitchen and brought out 2 plates of omelette, wrinkly sausages and funny-tasting baked beans for us. He did this without even checking with us if we wanted them. My wife doesn't take onions in her omelette, and we could have informed them if they had asked us in advance. The rooms are in poor condition too, with stained walls. And dishes that were left by another room along the corridor stayed there for more than 24 hours, without being cleared away. Please avoid this hotel. It's definitely not for any self-respecting person who wants a good stay.

Review 85：This is my second time stayed there with 2 old folks and 2 young children. As always, the staffs there are friendly and helpful. And, room are comfort and cosy. My children are slept well throughout the whole night.
Review 86：The parking has been very badly designed. It's difficult to turn from one level to another without scraping your car. The entry from parking to lobby was quite sleazy, but I that's probably because of some renovations. The bathroom door wouldn't close. It's a sliding door, and was hung in a way that the door would slide away by gravity. The walls had so much paint coming off, it gave a very run-down feel to the room. The breakfast was meager, even by budget hotel standards. One juice, no milk/cornflakes, no sausages. (Nasi lemak yes, egg yes.) I prefer continental breakfasts, and They advertise free wifi, but the speed is very slow. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. If pressed, I may stay here again, but I'd much prefer to avoid it.
