Review 1：I've stayed at La Roca many times over the last 10 years and have always found it OK. The staff are friendly and professional and generally very helpful. The place could do with some renovation but that isn't a criticism. It's nearly always very quiet there and it's only a short tricycle ride from the pier and malls. I've stayed at worse places that have charged more for inferior service and facilities so I'm happy to stay there.

Review 2：Bathroom was not very clean and breakfast wasn't very nice but overall pleased with everything considering how cheap the cost was. Much better than other hotels of a similar price we stayed in, in the Philippines. If you want to hire a motorbike don't use the company/lady the hotel recommends, they deliver to the hotel but after signing everything the lights didn't work or the speedometer and we had to stop after 30 mins and find someone to repair two punctures. Upon collection the lady tried to charge us again for collection (we paid 100 pesos extra for delivery and collection in advanced) and tried to say the tank was full when she delivered the bike, it was half full as we acquired it and had to pay for previous punctures!

Review 11：The cracks in my floor, the big plywood that was suppose to be my window, no TV, shower was dirty. My wife had a friend in area so we stayed and extra day, and they charged us through the nose.

Review 13：the dirty rooms were no good nor was the preoccupation with xmas trees (it's november!!). this building could be a good hotel as it is it's the best of a bad bunch; over priced and dirty. won't come back.

Review 15：Pillow very old far over 10 years old or more. Having problem with shower that dont work on 2nd night of our 4 nights staying there staff gave us bucket and cup for our bath. Didn't give us other room ??? Lot of repair from the earthquake Oct 15th.
