Review 1：It was very cold in the room and in the bathroom, we waited for minutes for water to get warm. The shower was very uncomfortable.
Review 2：Overall the place is quite good, location is perfect, right in the historical city center. The room was very spacious. The staff lady was nice and gave an electronic kettle. The beds were ok and the room was quite clean.
Review 3：the back rooms can be a bit noisy because of traffic plus the city wall behind seems to be the favourite gathering spot for local youth late at night. The windows are soundproof but if it's too hot you've got the choice bw. sweat or noise breakfast is served in a gloomy gathering room

Review 5：We arrived at check in time (according to booking.com description) but had to wait an hour for the room. No apologies of offer to wait in a downstairs bar. Staff does not speak English and did not make any effort to communicate with us. Wifi did not work in our room, we had to sit on the staircase steps. Guest kitchen was locked.
