Review 1：Room was not cleaned good. Bathroom a little dirty and a/c unit had a big gap between unit and wall/adapter let cold air in.

Review 12：Wifi was very poor. Lots of smokers around sitting outside their room on the hallways. Cigarettes butts left behind are not cleaned for days. Bathroom floor not vacuumed since there were hairs on the floor and on side of the toilet.

Review 22：Not the hotel's fault but the location is far from the gaslight centre of San Diego and far from beautiful Coronado Island. Tricky to find somewhere to eat at night. Mexican down the road a bit sleazy but ok. Neighbourhood looked dodgy in the dark.

Review 68：Right next to tire shop. The room we were in was next to elevator. Could hear the motor through walls. Could also hear humming and buzzing through wall for storage area next to room. Doors were warped (bathroom) and not sealed. Could see out under room door.
Review 69：For the money, a full breakfast should be offered. The location was near a busy street and the room door was a factor to noise because it was not flush with the door frame. You could see light underneath and up the opening side and top of the door.

Review 71：The shower water was either cold or very hot. You could not adjust the valves. It went from one extreme to the other. Because of this I could not take a shower again after the first night. The lights shut off when you were using them by themselves and then came back on by themselves. I guess they were on timers, which is ridiculous. The refrigerator froze items in it.

Review 73：We booked this room because our kids wanted to swim. The pool was unheated and the hot tub was not hot. Both of them were dirty...leaves and dirt in then. The kids skipped on swimming... It just did not appeal.

I've been to other best western branch and it looks better than this branch. The picture on the internet is nicer than the actual place. The picture is deceiving. The check in time is fine but the check out time is too early. I will never come back on this hotel in the future.
