Review 1：Bed mattress was a little bit too thin.
Review 2：Staff was very helpful. They offered us transportation to the whale shark watching and tomalog on the first day and to kawasan and one more waterfall on the second day we stayed there. Both at a reasonable price. They helped us book a canyoneering activity at kawasan as well, which was great. I really recommend this place.
Review 3：We booked a none air-con 2 bunk bed room with public show where had no hot water. The room literally had nothing and the bloody chickens were calling 4 am in the morning !!!
Review 4：Oslob is a very small town and close to the ocean and nice view. Tranquility of the place and the view added value to the stay easily.
Review 5：The place had quite friendly staffs and also was informative in the same time. Plus, got a free cup of coffee and got to use their kitchen for dinner. It's really cool.

Review 7：Great location and hostel is lovely. We were picked up from the bus stop for free and driven around on bikes all day to see the island for a good price. Staff were friendly and helpful, make it very easy to organise your stay. Free coffee in the morning before swimming with whale sharks.
Review 8：Minimal selection of food available around the place because of the simplicity of the rural place. It was not bothersome though as we ate at a 'carenderia' nearby. There's the Bora Café, in any case.
Review 9：Our room was right in front of the beach where my buddy and I swam on the eve of our whale shark diving adventure. The water was calm, clear and warm void of any wave, perfect for relaxation after our 3-hour bus trip from Cebu City. The staff were best in customer service as they attended to all our needs and provided the package tour to the Butanding site and the glorious Tumalog Falls where we went, among other attractions.
Review 10：We stayed only one night because we were traveling through. But we were positively surprised - we did not expect anything because of the low rate. However, we did get a good room, clean and everything worked (A/C, power, bathroom facilities etc) The most memorable part was staying with us for several hours, when we were looking for a boat to take us to Oslob. they could have left way earlier, because they fulfilled every part of what we payed for - but stayed and talked to us and made sure we got over to Bohol safely. This is what hospitality is all about. :)
Review 11：the worst thing was the roosters in the morning. They were so loud that you will be up by 5am. But we got up to see the whale sharks early. shared bathroom not great, no TP in bathroom
Review 12：Nice staff, helped us with motorbike taxi to whale sharks, wifi worked well, had drinks for sale, small balcony on room to sit or hang clothes, clean room. Town had nice people and cheap grilled eats on main road.
Review 13：Overall I found Oslob, the town itself, a somewhat strange spot to visit without much else to do. We only went for the whale sharks and it was great that we had other activities to do, but the town itself is not nice. It;s hard to find places to eat. The roasted chicken from the street was nice, as was the bread from Julie's bakery, and *some* of the food from Nora's. The lodge itself doesn't have a restaurant so that is why I mention this.
Review 14：we loved the staff. Hans and Korine (not sure about the spelling) were absolutely lovely and so was everyone else. We stayed there at a strange time because a typhoon had just been through Oslob the previous day, and it was not the best weather, but regardless of all this Hans arranged great activities for us and was very helpful with everything. We went to snorkel with the whale sharks, visited some beautiful and adventurous waterfalls, and visited Sumilon island for some great snorkeling and beach bumming. All for a very reasonable price. The room although small, was very clean We were out of electricity for some hours, but they provided candles, and thankfully the electricity came back on at some point during the night. We found this place to be the cheapest in the area that looked nice and clean.
