Review 1：Hot water wasnt working very well. Fridge wasnt working when we got in and the price was much more then what was showed on the email

Review 14：Came here for the Comic Fiesta 2015 event so my friends and I needed somewhere close as we're going to carry a lot of things. Clean, comfortable, spacey, has a balcony and the air conditioner is easy to adjust unlike some hotels...basically all the necessities are there so this was a good experience. It really felt like I was on a much needed vacation due to the hotel concept. The staff were well prepared as well. A very good hotel to unwind and just enjoy life :)

Review 15：The workers are not friendly and never offer to help. Me and my family need to drag our heavy luggages ourselves. Besides that, the room still has dust.

Review 19：Suddenly there is deposit needed to pay which as total cost more than the room price. I dont like this policy. N i wasnt inform for that earlier as i stay there before, there was no deposit whatsoever.

Review 21：Rude check-in male staff and didnt get baby cots as requested. We booked 2 king size bed for each room as we but they downgraded us with one king size. And they gave us rooms facing another room which is under construction whereas there were plenty other rooms vacants.

Review 23：The mini bar not functioning well: the temperature switch is broken. The air conditioner is not cold enough for the room size. There is no iron and ironing board provided in the room. To claim the parking fee from the hotel, I need to get a receipt from the parking booth but always did not get the receipt as they said the receipt has no more left (especially when enter the parking early in the morning and late at night and when there is big event there). Pool is under maintenance and the kids have no fun at all.

(wouldnt have minded if they gave me a true answer of when it would finish or atleast advise beforehand.) There is not one wellness facility or service in the place.

What's the specialty of theWellness Room anyway? Specifically requested for ground level room butthey said wellness room is at 4th floor, how the heck should I knowthat? Omg not coming back to this hotel. If you're doing a majorrenovation, my advise will be just close the hotel or forbid familywith kids with intention to have fun at the pool to book the hotel orjust give 50% off to be fair. Review 57：During my stay, the sink was clogged & i cant use it until i found out the caused by rubbish inside it. It was very frustrating & disgusting. Please make sure to clean the sink hole, also provide slipper coz I enjoyed the view frm the balcony, yet the floor too dirty n dusty. please lower the bumper at the entrance of basemnt parkng, my car cnnot passed through it.

The check in time is 2pm however we were unable to check in at 3.30pm as the room is not ready yet. I guees maybe they have only 1 cleaner on that time so nvm But on the next day, we were unable to open the room after our breakfast, which is around 11am. (The check out time 12pm!) When we told the receptionist, they just answered there is something wrong with the system without apology! So guys, please choose the other hotels!

Charged my card without even telling she charging full amount or pre check. The supervisor Nina shows as sour face as if there was tense environment Room - clearly shown the room is clean in hurry, no towels was provided & need to call housekeeping to get it. Tv remote which fully not functioning. The bed was not so clean. Breakfast - By 8.30am ..most of the food is empty and was not refill. Choice of food is lousy, had dry pau as if its yesterday's pau. Except for the bell boy, i dont see smile or warmness on the staff of the hotel.Dont feel welcomed, the environment is not pleasant..the pool look so unmaintained..Did feel relax or anything ,seriously the hotel need refurbish , change the culture, get staff who smile better and bring better hospitality .

Review 112：The room was large and the beds (including the spare bed for our child) were comfortable. The hotel has a peaceful, calming vibe, despite being in such a bustling city. The nearby Mines shopping centre was excellent. We really enjoyed the boat tour of the lakes.

Review 113：Everything. the place is in dismal condition. need a revamp badly. They place 1 set of cup and saucer in the room only..when I called up asking for more. I was told I had to go pick up at front desk! Waited one hour for my room event hough I checked in after 2pm. artificial beach water looks dirty. The entire place.- hotel and the mines exhibition place looksreally run down.

Review 115：Some foul water drops from the upper floor toilet, reception area has no airconditioning (natural ventilation with ceiling fans) Taxi charges a little bit high, we called a taxi who statred the meter from the time of call when he reached the hotel there was more than 20 RM on it, it costs around 60 RM to Bukit Bintang.

Review 117：Eventhough I had delux room they put me in a standard room and had to fight with the staff to give me a delux room. Then they put me in a room above the kitchen and it sounded like major construction work going there. I couldn't sleep. I told them I had over two days of lack of sleep and long journey, even after all this i had to put up with the noise all night. Then the next day they moved me to a deluxe room with nice room after much negotiations

Review 118：The lagoon pool looks poorly maintained and the housekeeping staff were not well trained. Sometimes you have to call them several times just to get new towels and make up the room. Reception staff was friendly but some were inexperienced and couldn't handle our enquiries. Room were basic and comfortable and pretty old and run down
