Review 1：The hotel is more than 15 minutes walking from the medina. The negative note of our staying was a big noise of drill in the morning coming from the upper floors.

Review 2：The room was nice, cleaned and well equipped. It's possible also to have hammam and sauna. Staff friendly and kind.

Review 3：1.windows didn't close so well, so the room was quite noisy 2. The room and door were not isolate and there was a door in between other room. We could listening everything of our neighbour 3. Breakfast was so poor 4. Fruits and water at the suite junior are only at the pictures in the website, not is real 5. There wasn't hot water in the morning for showering

Review 6：Breakfast could be improved. English skills of some of the desk staff could be improved upon. Roadside rooms are noisy, either choose one on the backside of the building or bring earplugs if you're sound sensitive (like I am)

Review 7：Super friendly and helpful staff, excellent WiFi in the rooms. Rooms are equipped modernly, fully up to western standard. Got a free room upgrade to a junior suite (with private terrace), when i mentioned that I'm a smoker.(all rooms are no smoking). Local shops are not far away.

Review 12：They played the old "charge you for the full rate because we don't have any record of a reservation for you" game at first.....but shamefully gave it up after a few seconds realizing I knew better than to buy this common (unfortunately) ruse. The only negative thing I could say about the place.

Review 18：The heat in our room went on and off throughout the night, the staff claim it was a city issue but who knows. We were cold all night. The shower door did not close so the bathroom floor got all wet. Breakfast okay but not great. We were happy it was located outside the medina but you could hear street noise from our room on the 6th floor.

Local people in hotel for accomodation on top for a drink. The cleaning of the room is poor. They doesnt know whow to clean windows. The just are durty. Even the badroom the carbadgecan and even the water spots on the doors stays. Oke for uoung people because it is cheap but i prefer more personality and clean rooms

Review 30：- The small was a bit room, but only because we were travelling with big luggages. - We travelled as a couple and arrived with two male friends. They booked a twin room (two single beds) and we booked a double room (one double bed). The staff mixed the rooms up and we got the wrong one.

(Trust me, this is a great thing in Morocco because the tap water is not drinkable and without a fridge you'll drink warm bottled water).

Location is convenient to the train station; it is in the new part of town, about a 15-minute walk to the medina. Comfortable, clean, modern fittings. Great internet.

Review 36：We were politely asked whether we'd like coffee to the breakfast. We asked for coffee espresso but they forgot to inform us that it is not included in the price so we had to pay 100 Dh extra on check-out. 25 Dh each. When we objected, they just said 'Sorry.' and tried to show us the menu card but it was not available. And the ladies at the reception hardly spoke English so it was hopeless to solve the situation.

Review 37：Breakfast was a little poor, even if they improve a lot the last day of our stay. It is located on a very noisy and polluted street, so you cannot really let the window open. Also the terrace is then useful only if you want to smoke, but not to stay there and enjoy it. Just to know if you book it. One day they didn't clean the room (which was not a problem for us, but it is if you want to be a top hotel). The shower leak from below into the toilet. The toilet miss some soap-dish and similar on the sink and in the shower.

Review 38：+ the hotel is very good compared to Morocco's standards (for a similar price we stayed in a not so good 2stars). Clean, AC and wifi were working well, comfortable beds,etc, everything as described. Good value for money with the promotional price (BB per night:32€ double room +1€ per person tax). But I don't think they could ask much more than that. ++ The staff was super, very helpful and nice.They even let us book via booking.com while we were there to have the best price. It is about 15min walk to the medina (you can also take a taxi; we had good experience in Meknes they always use the meter and we didn't need to bargain as elsewhere in Morocco).

Review 39：It's not let's say the most centrical place in Meknes, the neighbourhood lacks a bit of animation, especially by night, and the closest restaurant was a mcdonalds at about 1 kilometer in a very dark road. Anyways, I had no problems at all, so it's not that bad
