Review 1：Air-conditioner was not really helpful in warming the room, there was a problem with the water when we arrived at the hotel, neighbors were loud and the staff wasn't always available. Perhaps a stay in spring-summer would do better.
Review 2：The location is great. The breakfast was really good.
Review 3：It's a little noisy on weekend evenings due to location. Beds are very, very firm and can be uncomfortable if you're used to a softer bed. FYI - no elevators in building.

Review 5：No central heating, can be very cold in winter time unless you run AC all day long. Bathroom of top floor rooms have curved roof, so you have to slouch. No cabin for shower. No working Wi-Fi, at least not on top floor.
