Review 1：I found the room too dark even though the staff brought me a lamp. The bedroom table lights didn't work. I left 2 things behind because it was too dark

Review 4：The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The drive to Atlantic City was not too bad (nice view on the way there), just a bit of a hassle. The price reflected the distance, but it was a lot nicer than I had expected, for a motel.
Review 5：The rooms could use updating by skilled contractors. Any recent repairs or attempts at updating were not done by people trained in that type of thing. I'm sure the sign out front advertising new rooms was telling the truth 20 years ago. But there was a flat screen TV.
Review 6：The room was very clean. It was the cheapest rate for a Saturday in Atlantic City area. Flat screen TV with Dish and HBO.
Review 7：The ad said 24 hour front desk. We let them know that we would not be arriving until 2am. It took several minutes of banging on the door and ringing the doorbell to wake up the desk clerk. We were ready to just forget about the reservation and go someplace else.

Review 9：We had some impossibly loud neighbors, and the hit tub had collected a LOT of dust, and smelled overwhelmingly like chlorine.

The rooms were comfortable and clean I will be going back their as soon as I have the opportunity to visit the area again, it's the only place I'll stay due to the warm welcoming and cleanliness, not to mention the reasonable prices wonderful people that own and operate this hotel!!!!!

This is not right and something needs to be done with this bait and switch they have going on there.

Missed not seeing Danny, he is always very caring & takes very good care of us. The other were also pleasant & thoughful. This is our preference whenevr we travel to the Jersey Shore area.
Review 79：There is nothing I liked about the deal you gave me for 181 which becamea charge to my account, without me knowing it, of 230 dollars, which Ididn't find out about until I was home. As soon as I got there, theclerk said I had to pay 21 dollars in cash, and later told me that itwas the law. It was too late for me to cancel, so I gave him the 21dollars.. The lamp had no bulb in it. The room was filthy. There wasgarbage and dust under the bed that looked like it had been there for afor a couple of years. The room was cleaned only once, on the fourth dayI was there, only because I asked to have it done. I told her that underthe bed was filthy. It was still filthy when she finished. The Do NotDisturb sign looked like it was welded in place and could not bechanged, which I think was permanently stuck so that the tenants couldnot change it and the cleaners would pass the room by without cleaningit. When I asked the cleaing woman to do it, she told me I had to speakto the clerk. There was no more cleaning just the one day out of the 7 Iwas there. Nothing was done and no one came by. I believe I was cheated,conned into paying a higher rate than the one that I made the deal foron the internet, when he increased the price from 181 to 230. Totalcharges went from 181 to 230 plus 21, which amounted to another 70dollars not mentioned in the deal, an increase of almost 40% over what Ibooked with booking.com online.
