Review 1：You get a stressful feeling because of extremely unfriendly and unqualified staff. The staff didn't help us with our 8 small luggages (having to go 4 times to our car, while also carrying our babies). The dinner food was really really poolry cooked. And the staff were talking rude and bad things about their colleagues, giving you a very unfriendly feeling while staying there. For the management: please consider better staff and doing some better interviews before hiring them.

Review 3：We had the Christmas package. All the meals by buffet were brilliant. Plenty of choice. On Christmas evening the table served dinner was so slow. We got our meat dish at 1am. We sat down at 8pm. The food was good but they need to work more as a team . Or for meals like this get in extra staff. Over all it was a great Christmas in a beautiful hotel. Ow the water in the pool could be warmer.
Review 4：Very warm. The quality of bed linens and towels were brilliant. The over all feel of the hotel was excellent. The staff were very good and always ready to help. The breakfast was the best.

Review 7：-no smokers' rooms -staff attitude to our complaints (see below)..it's as they would say 'we just have a job here, we haven't been trained that the customer is our value' -awful restaurant - we were quite a few at dinner, though we had to wait about 45 mins for a soup. Main course was different than what we had ordered ( briught after other 45 mins) and was included in the menu, tasteless and though not cheap -not all spa facilities were functioning during spa working hours - loud club music in the spa area during the evening
Review 8：We used to be a regular customer of their main competitor, Sport hotel, also located in Poiana Brasov. Therefore the review is made by comparison. The main plus is the room, which is larger and more comfortable. Also, the balcony is larger. -Spa working hours until 10 pm
Review 9：Everything the hotel advertised was not available. The restaurant was closed for a private function at dinner, the hot tub was cold, the massage/masseuse had NO availability and there was no skiing available. The on-premises theatre was also shut down and not available. All the reasons we went there were 'not available'!

Review 13：I asked for a specific type of camera and I got something else. Problems at breakfast, insuficent personally. the people at reception should be put more in the service of the client. Long wait at the checkout. a lot of people was unhappy in this weekend. shame! Because the hotel is very well positioned and arranged. incredibly funny and never seen :))) at the men toilet the doors are completely transparent :))) I asked why at the reception ant they answered that it was the brainchild of architect in the 21st century :)) i never seen before something like that!
