Review 1：Parking is a bit odd - small courtyard, only two rows of cars fit in there - a hassle if someone blocks you and you want to leave in the middle of the night. Mattresses slightly uncomfortable. Nasty smell coming from the bathroom - if door was closed everything was fine. Breakfast served only after 8am and rather expensive for the food variety.

Review 3：The staff didn't seem to speak so well english, and there was some ppl (not the staff, some young ppl) in the reception following me to the tramstop when I left. And no power plug close to the bed (only one to use in total too)

Review 5：Off street parking was available. The staff made a few local phone calls for me using their phone and even helped to translate. They provide information on how to travel to specific areas. Told us a good place to get breakfast as they did not have breakfast available.

Review 8：1) The room was not as clean as we expected: the bathroom door, bathroom walls. 2) No power outlets in the room for charging your phone. (Only power outlets were for TV, for AC and one in the bathroom) 3). We could hear the traffic from the street at night even if all windows were closed.
Review 9：Pensiunea Johanna was easy to find. Good for one night stay, good value for money. Room was ok. Staff was nice. Good Wifi, Parking. Breakfast not as consistent as we expected but still it was ok.
Review 10：Not clean, full of fleas and other insects, not so clean bathroom. Tries to look decent but it would better keep it a lot cleaner that would help a lot more than having the bible on the coffee table or having nice doors for the hotel rooms.

Review 12：Furniture cannot be moved and all double rooms are twin beds not one large bed (makes it rather hard to have a child sleep with you). Breakfast is rather expensive and limited (there's an option for a breakfast at a hotel across the street with a similar price and much better quality).

Review 50：I liked almost everything! Rooms are spacious, super comfy, super-clean! Own parking lot (not too large but big enough, though! Nice dining room, tasty breakfast. AC, central heating, spotless bathroom. Many little details arranged carefully and with love! Place is some 40 meters from tram line. Use 18 to get to the center of Arad in 10 minutes - do not waste your time driving and finding a parking space if you do not need to! I travel a lot, when I am alone I use budget places and when with my clients we often stay in more expensive places, but I would not trade this pension for many much more established and expensive hotels anywhere around. I apologize to Johanna pension owners if I forgot something! It was almost perfect.

Wecould not fault this - very clean, comfortable, polite staff with securecar parking. This hotel was better than many we have stayed in that weremuch more expensive & very close to main roads on our journey. For abudget, rest stay I could not recommend this any more highly.
