Review 1：The room setup was a bit poor, relatively old furniture. It was cold in the evening and there wasn't any heating option.

Review 17：we expressed a room preference, which could not be met so we received an upgrade (double vs. junior suite) without any additional cost. instead of having breakfast, we preferred to have an espresso, which is usually not free. the person at the bar noticed, however, that we never had breakfast, so she offered us the espresso for free. nice attention to the customer, very quick resolutions & offers to comfort the customer!
Review 18：The hotel was refurbished many years ago and this can be seen in the rooms were the two small sofa were extremely used, dirty. We didn't like it at all. We do not recommend the hotel as 4**** ... could be maximum 3***. Food in the restaurant expensive and looked like an old cantina. Value for money much below expectation.
