Review 1：Actually was asked to move to hotel sport adjoining as Bradul was undergoing decoration. Was contacted well in advance about this with great courtesy. Staff very helpful and accommodation excellent.

Review 2：The staff. The long tunnel for meals and SPA. The food (few dishes to choose from, usually cold and not suited for the overall hotel experience).

Review 3：The room, its cleanliness, the comfort of the bed. The room amenities. The SPA (with both inside and outside jacuzzi).

Review 7：The hotel is very close to the slopes. SPA facilities and breakfast are very good. Restaurant is overpriced and not very good food. The gym looks small but has everything you need.

Review 8：It seems this hotel (which is part of a 3 hotels complex) is more a pension for children, so it's very noisy, including into the spa, where it was impossible to have some rest. The spa didn't reach our expectations, especielly the swimming pool, which was more a public swimming pool than a spa pool. The breakfast room is very crowdy too, and there is not enough food for everybody. The staff was not very smiling. In conclusion, this hotel didn't reach a 4-star experience hotel.

Review 9：The location

Review 10：The photos displayed for standard rooms (twin or queen) are not real, they are actually images of superior rooms. Standard room is small, the bed is against the wall on the side, the bathroom is classic, 3 star hotel with indulgence for which we paid 100 euros per night, minibar is very expensive. The room needs maintenance: shower went off the wall, cabinet doors locked, not too clean carpet. The lack of interest from the staff (it snowed overnight 20-30cm, hotel steps have remained completely covered by snow, the trail was made by the guests). No slippers in the room (though it is a 4-star hotel).

Review 11：Very close to skilift/ cablecar Postavaru, free use of pool and spa of Hotel port, interior connection through a corridor between the two hotels. Free parking, free wifi in the room, free parking, good breakfast. Reception / lobby very nice. Great, spacious balcony, but no chairs.

Review 19：Reception had not so good people. The tunnel between the two hotels was long and smelt funny The rooms weren't isolated and you could hear the people passing by the room. They worked on the hotel each morning and it was noisy

Review 21：If you want to have a drink at the hotel's bar, be prepared to pay outrageously high prices, higher than in a posh bar in Bucharest, higher than in Amsterdam. It's a complete rip-off, no way to justify the prices, so try to avoid it.

Review 22：The rooms are very nice and you get good value for the price paid outside of season. The spa facilities and swimming pool are to die for, they're amazing! And the breakfast very delicious and you had plenty of options to choose from.

Review 23：Transferred to adjoining Sport Hotel for our stay - due to minimal occupancy within Hotel Bradul. The two hotels are interconnected and share the same facilities.

Review 24：wi-fi is free only in the hall. the staff on reception is very lazy, don`t say about features what they have. toilet bawl was dirty even after days cleaning.

Review 26：Everything is extra: internet is not free, a deck of cards - 3 ron per hour, roomservice extra tax. They will extract the money from your credit card for the first night, without asking or needing any feedback from your side. Then they want to give you 2 invoices for your stay (one the money they took, and one for the rest). A very money hugry hotel. They will try to take money off you for anything. It was not a plesant experience.

Review 28：2 days I stayed in bad because of something I eat in the hotel, the spa center is too far of the rooms and also the restaurant and bar - they are in the other hotel, Sport and you need to walk like 5 minutes, climbing stairs to reach them.

Review 31：Location is excellent. Staff is very well trained and the hotel management seems to be done in a professional way. Definitely, Hotel Sport & Bradul (both are 4 stars and very close, connected through a passage) are one of the best hotels in Romania.

Review 32：The staff tried to give us another type of room (they tried very hard to make us to give up), the wi- fi was not free as it was suposed to be, the exchange rate of the payment was not clear the one of the Central Bank (but it was an exchange rate they invented on the spot,a higher one, of course).
