Review 1：The hotel located 10 minutes walk from the charming market square, lovely view from the balcony in the room (a very very big plus!!!) and what is most remarkable- hotel staff. Both the receptionist and the chef in the kitchen are very kind and extremely helpful. You have to visit the Bardejov Hotel at least for them!:) we'll come back for sure another time we have the pleasure to be in Slovakia. Best regards, Polish-Ukrainian couple

Review 2：Very sparsely furnished room, no hooks to hang towels or anything else in the bathroom, pillows stuffed with lumps of foam very uncomfortable. A long walk to shops or the old city centre. No cereals for breakfast. Very overpriced for what is offered. We would have been far better off staying at the penzion in the old centre where we stayed last year. Hotel restaurant closed over weekends, apart from breakfast, so we had to drive elsewhere for our other meals!

Review 7：Quiet hotel along the river in a semi-pedestrian zone. Staff very helpfull. Most of the rooms had balconies. 10 minutes by feet from the city center.

Review 8：Not many of the staff speak good or even reasonable English. The breakfast buffet is almost exactly the same every day. However, I'm not too fussy with food so it didn't matter much to me. Double bed is really two single beds pushed together - not extremely comfortable. Blinds still let in a lot of light, a bit of a problem for sleepers sensitive to early summer morning light. The toiletries provided in the bathroom (shower) is the bare minimum, a bit disappointing. Bardejov isn't easy to get to by air. We flew to Rzeszow which is then 3 hours to the town by road.

Review 9：We hosted our wedding in the marquee outside the hotel. We were very happy with the catering and the food tasted delicious. I couldn't say much about the other arrangement as my wife made most of it and it was all done in Slovak, so I only caught some of it here and there. It was a bit of a challenge to agree to some things with the management though. However, overall we had a fantastic time there. Very good internet connection, included in your rate (as it should be in a modern world) - WiFi seemed to work everywhere and my friends were quite impressed as well. Good location, next to the river (didn't see many mosquitoes) and close to the town centre (walking distance). Beautiful town to visit. We went on an English guided tour of the town which was very interesting. Hallway (reception) very clean - floor was mopped one or more times a day.

Bedding of poor quality & pillows very lumpy. Rubbishbins not emptied from previous guests. No sound proofing of rooms &unable to sleep due to a noisy wedding & music. Over priced for whatwas on offer.

Review 15：Ok for a one night stay & quick visit to old Bardejov town centre.Igor the male receptionist was very friendly & helpful. He fixedour mobile tablet for us. The free WiFi worked very well. Breakfast wasvery good.
