Review 1：Although the experience was most definite a positive one, I could say the welcome at check-in was not what I expected as a first impression. It felt a bit unfriendly. The staff we met next day at check-out was very warm and nice so she made it up for the team.

Review 2：The hotel has a modern look, the space is used in a beautiful way, which makes you feel that any spot is the right place to be. I loved the simple lines and tasteful colors, the glass walls, the feeling of privacy. It is clean and comfortable, and has a great variety of services to meet a client's needs. Regarding food, we only had breakfast, but the offer was diverse enough, and the food was very tasty. Almost needless to comment on the location, which is close to the center, yet a bit hidden away from the main roads. The hotel management was flexible and open to honor a request we came with when booking. The prices are worth the experience. I would recommend Hotel Privo to anyone who wants to spend a couple of quality days in Tirgu-Mures.

Review 7：Relatively new hotel and a nice view from the upper rooms. Restaurant staff is really nice. You must go to the SPA room, it has a great city line view, mostly in the evening.

Rooms are very specious with all facilities for a very comfortable stay: very clean, specious shower room, duvet blanket, TV with international channels, good Wi-Fi connection. Breakfast is also very good and generous. I highly recommend this hotel for a very pleasant stay in TG Mures. 10-15 minutes walking distance from the city center.

Review 9：Location is not that good, the hotel is located on a hill, access was hard to find with GPS. Prohibitive prices in the restaurant...we decided to go out to eat. "Cold" atmosphere overall, no plants, no flowers, too industrial look for a place like Tirgu Mures. Poor drainage of the sink and some other unpractical things in the bathroom. Too expensive for such a location.

Review 15：I liked everything, the staff was attentive and kind. The location is very nice with good views. The rooms are modern, clean and immaculate. When you dine in a hotel restaurant you do not always know what to expect. The restaurant at hotel Privo is excellent. Great menu, amazing food, great wine selection with smart and attentive service. I really can't say enough, I travel all over and this was a rare find. I will be back.

Review 33：The location is quiet and pleasant. Very close to city center, you canreach it by foot in 15min. The hotel is beautiful, the font desk andbreakfast staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast awesome. Rooms arelovely:spacious,modern, comfortable with big flat tv. We stayed in twodifferent kinds of room, one with shower in the middle of the room andone with separate bathroom. We liked more the second one since it hasmore opened space. We also tested the sauna area,(in winter is a goodoption),we wanted to use the fitness equipment(in July) but it was toohot. Maybe in the future you could do something about it.

The wine selection is the best I have seen in Romania and is holding all relevant class wines from Romania besides some very rare selctions. Also the beds are highly comfortable. Review 92：I needed a brush for my clothes and it was no one in the room, which I think it was not normal for a four stars hotel. I asked one at the front desk and, incredibly, they couldn't find any in the whole hotel!?

Review 95：I was in Tirgu Mures at leat 10 times, in the past 2 years. I am working in hospitality for more than 15 years, and I think that the general problem in Romania is the service. English knowledge is a big issue in this hotel. Afther this experience, the first accommodation option is still Plaza Hotel, situated in downtown of Tirgu Mures. I rated it with 7, and this only atfer three times there, because they improved their services. So for Privo I consider that my rating is the real rating - not poor, but real. I hope that they will improve their services in the future.

Review 97：I've spent one night at this hotel and everything was wonderful ,very cool &modern design. The food in the restaurant ,the breakfast and the staff are 5 stars. They also have a spa only for the hotel guests very intimate and pleasant.The location was easy to find and very close to the city center.Parking is in the hotel courtyard and the boy from the entrance was very friendly and even helped us to park.
