Review 1：Except the host can not speak English at all. And the breakfast is too simple, not even enough for girl !

Review 4：The view is good, family room & standard rooms face the Baikal. Though the lady can not speak English, we managed to communicate via translation software. Of course it's a little difficult & I could feel her frustration sometimes. She helped us book two trips to Irkutsk, it's very important to our agenda. Thanks!
Review 5：1 of our 2 rooms had to be with lake view balcony for my mother, we got one with side balkony beeing under constuction, The room was changed without problem, but the other gasts have to remove.
Review 6：fantastic location, absolutely, some meters walk to the lake only; very friendly personal; comfortable, clean and nice house. Very suitable for peole looking for relax and enjoy the lake.

Review 8：Friendly and helpfull staff, even with signs and internet translator. Best location, far from noises and easy to reach the boat pier by walking 20min or by bike 10min. Very tasty breackfast (included) and rest of the meals (optional) Beautiful, spacefull and new rooms. Perfect temperature inside. Sea sights from the balcony.
