Review 2：The staff were most obliging & friendly. The hotel had a good restaurant & the hotel was close to the mediaeval square. It was excellent value for money.
Review 3：We were staying for 1 night on our way to the next point of trip, and this stay was pleasant surprise as we didn't know nothing about Bardejov. Personnel was great with English knowledge and they provided private parking in the yard for our motorcycle. Breakfast also was good and tasty :) There is a graet terrace with nice view. I totally recommend this place.
Review 4：Very poor facilities. No working TV, shower was broken, sharing one pillow as reception had no others available, bedroom Itself was VERY basic indeed. Bed was very cheap and weak. Staff did try hard to impress.

Review 12：Kettle provided but no tea or coffee. Small cups of coffee at breakfast, but we had free top ups. As others have mentioned, our second floor room was a bit hazardous because of the exposed beams and sloping ceiling - my wife hit her head on the beam! Room also very hot at night as no a/c fitted.
Review 13：Good location close to centre. On site parking - but be aware that you DO have to go the wrong way down the one way street to get to it! Good dinner and breakfast if somewhat limited menu.
Review 14：No hairdryer available. No coffee or hot chocolate in room, yet kettle provided! Would be nice to be offered second cup of coffee each day at breakfast. Cup size small. Despite being given 2nd cup with another waitress on the first three days of our stay, [Fri/Sat/Sun] when asked if it was possible on Monday different waitress refused request to our surprise and embarrassment!
Review 15：Location close to square. Nice breakfast. Provided an early breakfast on our final day, [7.30 am] which we appreciated very much.
Review 16：The rooms are in the attic directly under the roof. We got a corner room which felt like a Egyptian pyramid inside - you risked hitting your head unless you stayed in the very center. It was also pretty hot in the room (again, probably due to the roof).

Review 18：The very rough road outside that is completely dug up, and we were told has been undergoing reconstruction for the past two years and hasn't got very far due to the town not having the money to finish it! Paper towels for hand towels in the bathroom, and hand towel sized towels for the shower!
Review 19：Fantastically hellpful staff, excellent breakfast, close to the main centre and within easy reach of everything. Lovely old city wall and fortifications. Good bus service to the local spa called Bardejovske Kupele 4km out of town. The spa is beautiful and set in very extensive grounds with lots to see and do. The lovely old fashioned wooden houses and churches etc located there are well worth seeing as they are authentically furnished. Taxis cheap at 2 Euros around town.

Review 35：I found El-Café to be a very comfortable spot to base my two days in Bardejov. Like the city itself, I found the place to be very welcoming and peaceful. The room was clean, bed was comfortable (note that I'm a twenty-something budget traveler who usually stays in hostels so this was a step up for me!), the breakfast was fantastic, and halušky was great at dinner. For information about sites to visit around Bardejov, I recommend going to the tourist information center on the main square.
Review 36：No lift, sloped ceilings in bedroom. Weird breakfast policy. They give you a menu, bring you everything you order but on checking out charge you for certain menu items as well as second cup of coffee! Just tell the client in advance what is included and what not!

Review 41：Bardejov is a quaint city with medieval ramparts and other buildings,and this hotel is right adjacent to the main square. The restaurant wasvery good, too.
Review 42：The price was excellent. Good value for money. We only needed to crash somewhere for the night. It is a very modest motel, but the room was big and clean, same for bathroom. Breakfast was different than your normal, but ok. We were offered to park in a garrage in the yard - hard to get in and out but secure. All in all v good.
