Review 1：bad odor in the bathroom (probably from the sewer) which entered the room even with the bathroom door closed. The room on the 3rd floor facing the stairs (301 I think).

Review 4：Very nice and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast and local cookies! The staff is very kind and supported us with all we needed (restaurant recommendations, journey etc.). The pension is located at 5-10 min. walk to the ski facilities.
Review 5：The hotel, whilst being very comfortable, is about a 15-min walk from the ski lifts. There is also not a lot of choice in terms of restaurants in the evening. The accommodation was very expensive and I would recommend if wanting to save money taking the number 20 bus from brasov to poiana (20-min) and staying in the main town.

Review 9：- dirty and broken bathroom, the door barely closed and there were signs of rust all over, water was smelly also. - room walls are extremely thin, you can hear people from the next room talking normally and if you're lucky that's all you'll hear. - balcony door was shabby and not sound-proof - No way in a million years is this a 4 star hotel - For this price per night you can stay in other places in Poiana Brasov and please do so!.

Review 23：Me and 8 friends rented out 5 rooms for one night at this location. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was delicious and the location is in a quiet area. They have a place for barbecue which can be fun during the summer time.
Review 24：The shower cabin was a bit small, I was constantly banging my elbows on it while washing (but the water was hot and the pressure was great). The heating only comes on in the evening, kinda cold in the room during the day (we were there in March).
Review 25：The complementary cookies, fruits, candy, chocolates etc available at the reception desk and on the corridors of each floor. The breakfast was great, very rich and diverse. The room was tastefully decorated and kept very clean. We were lucky to stay on the 1st floor and we had access to a huge terrace that served as a shared balcony with the room next to us. The staff was nice and welcoming. The location is a 10 minutes walk to the nearest ski slope, Lupului.
Review 26：I didn't like the bathroom and especially the size of the shower cabin. In addition, in our room the shower system was not working properly or something was missing.
Review 27：Very well trained staff and considerate. Non-smoking facility, including in the common areas. For this purpose, there was a non-smoking place just outside. Rich breakfast, great espresso coffee, even though one had to pay for.

Review 96：We've been there twice. We came back because our first stay was really great, but second time we got a different room, and there was a problem with the heating. After they didn't manage to fix it, we moved to another room, there the hair drier did not work, so we moved again. All in all, the staff was very helpfull, and tried to compensate us, so we left with a good feeling, and will recommend this place to our friends.

Inoticed the owner was smoker, so I imagine this comment will registervery little in the care factor. As a result of the lack of non smokingfacilities, we will not revisit this hotel.

Review 102：1. Shower not functioning well and the drainage in the bathroom not functioning at all - forced to use towels to clean up the water, 2. Stupid request to deposit a guarantee for an incomplete minibar (first time when I was asked for something like that, as if you will run away with a coke) 3. The request to pay upfront and not at the end of the stay, in cash and not with a card. Only after threatening that we will not pay, they accepted we pay with a credit card. 4. Not enough staff to serve all the clients. 5. Definitely not value for money. 6. Wireless did not work on upper floors.
