Review 1：Request downstairs if you don't like stairs

Review 2：One free continental breakfast. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the room after hours but after a phonecall we only waited a short time for the night manager to arrive.

Review 3：We had a bit of issue about the aircon. When we switched on it created a nasty smell in the room , smell like a pist. I called the staff & Jenny was very helpful. We switched it off & the smell went away..switch it on again & the smell slowly went away..they probably need to service the aircon.

Review 17：We have stayed a few times and have found the rooms to be nicely furnished and cleaned. The location is perfect - close to the river and walking tracks - and shops. The staff are always helpful.

Review 18：I specifically booked a motel with a room with a bath, it was listed on our booking confirmation, but the room we got did not have a bath. Hubby said not to worry about it, so didn't kick up a fuss. Apart from that we were very happy with the accommodation.

Review 19：First in best dressed for parking spaces. As suites are on ground and first floor, access to our room from parking spot was an issue ,carrying cases etc. for a four night stay. Unable to open curtains as pedestrian walkway meant lack of privacy from other guests accessing their rooms.

Review 30：The location was very quiet. Room was very comfortable, we really loved the big leather couch, so we weren't stuck with sitting on the bed. Bathroom was large, and the shower was huge!

Review 46：Stepping out of the bathtub in the King suite felt dangerous due to the width of the tiled border on the tub and height from the floor.

Review 47：Three different groups in our family, ranging from 70+ years to 3 years old, stayed at The Carlyle and everyone was very happy with their accommodation experience. The patch of green grass and garden at the front made the Carlyle more welcoming and comfortable. Very easy to get luggage from the car to our room on the first floor. The welcome gift was great. Also appreciated the free laundry facilities.

We really enjoyed the property and it suited our needs perfectly from the booking until the checkout. Booked online and was everything that the advertisement said and more. Lovely touches like the staff greeting me by name as i walked into reception, having the room super chilled upon entry ( it was 38degrees that day) It was extremely clean, very well designed, great location, extremely comfortable bed with the best black out blinds to suit those that like a lie in. Quality hotel that i recommend with ease and pleasure.

Review 52：Good location, quiet (even on New Years Eve) and very clean. The complimentary light breakfast for the first night was a nice thought. Quality of tea & coffee is better than most and there is a good supply of milk to go with them.. The free WiFi is very good. We have stayed here 4 times over a 2 year period and we will return again.

Review 55：Not a dislike but merely an observation. In the bathroom it may be an idea to have a non slip bath mat outside the bath. The floor is very slippery when getting out of the bath and if you do not pay attention you may end up doing the splits getting out of the bath.

Booking and final settlement was handled very friendly and efficiently. I am so happy with this establishment that I will be staying there again in January for 2 days. I would definitely recommend it for the person that likes the finer things in life.

Review 64：Rooms were lovely and clean and the Apartments are in close walking distance to many shopping and restaurant areas. The rooms had great block out curtains so after a late night it was easy to have a sleep in as the room stayed dark after sunrise. :)

Review 65：Visited Wagga Wagga to see grandson on his March-out at Army Barracks. Quiet situation, helpful staff after flights from Queensland and long drive from Sydney. Excellent, quiet situation which made for a good night's sleep! Good sized room, clean and comfortable .... room to move :) without tripping over each other.

It was beautifully presented from the moment we drove in and the suite was spotlessly clean and decor very contemporary. Every amenity was provided and the excellent air conditioning on a 30 degree plus day was much appreciated. I'm looking for another excuse to go to Wagga so I can stay there again.

Review 67：Staff were excellent. Our first impression of the premises and your staff was: Well presented, honest and professional. Room was quiet and so well insulated, we didn't even need the aircon on a hot day. Easy to find and close enough to shops and the river.

For those who have trouble stepping into a bath to have a shower check if they have ab stand alone shower as the step is high with nothing to hold on to.
