Review 1：-It is an airport hotel around 15 minutes from airport and 45 minutes from KL (you have to get transportation to get everywhere)

Review 3：Good hotel for our one day layover . Airport shuttle Pick up worked though we did not have any phone which could be used in malaysia. Friendly front desk young lady. Hotel was quiet. It helps to be 200 metres from main road, but hotel also seemed to have low occupancy when we were there (Jan. 2016). They gave a free nominal upgrade, a larger bed. Note that there are only about eleven TV channels and there was no bathtub in economy room (but shower was fine.) So if your trip gets rained out, you can't soak in the tub and TV channels are limited. They also allowed late check out up to 2 pm which was great for us as we could only arrive by about 10 pm the night b4 and no rush to get back to the airport next day. Breakfast buffet was very very good.

Review 4：The airplane theme of the hotel is very cute and well done. The rooms are clean and a good value for the money. The staff can assist you with any airport questions and a shuttle bus is available for transport to the airport (not free). They also have a computer in the lobby for checking in and printing boarding passes.

Very rude reception staff and terrible shuttle drivers (dirty vehicle, unsafe driving). Overall, very disappointing.

Review 15：The hotel is very close to the airport, only 15 minutes. The hotel have a shuttle every hour and cost 20 ringgit per person. A taxi cost 34 for 3 people, its up to you. We used both and bith were perfect.

Review 31：The number one on the list is definitely the customer service. The staff are very attentive and polite. We had early flight the next morning and couldn't make it to the breakfast. The staff even offered us to takeaway the breakfast the next morning before we left the hotel. The room is very roomy as well. Overall I am very satisfied with the room for the price i paid.

Review 40：Housekeeping service Got an incident, when im still in the washroom and my wife is still sleeping..out of sudden a housekeeping guy try to enter the our room without knocking the door at ~9am in the morning..was lucky, the top lock was latched and he could only open a bit but still eager to open the door.. When my wife woke up due to noises someone try to enter the room, she rush to see wht happen. She saw a housekeeping guy and explained we doesnt housekeeping service at the moment.. but the housekeeping guy still wants to enter the room. Coincidently, i came out frm washroom and wants to see wht went wrong, the housekeeping guy jst say sorry2..and went off.. I believed...he s a BANGLA & hv com. problem.. Jst imagine if the top lock was not latch and ur wife/daughter is putting their dress alone in the room... Propose the hotel shud hv "pls do not disturb" tag..so tht guest can notify their status.. ..and kindly advice their workers to knock the room first b4 enter.

If you are going to stay at hotel I would suggest a taxi would be a lot less cost.

The price is all 45 DRY per a hour, but hotel guests for over 60 DRY for making money by hotel. Don't use this hotel. If you stay here, you will be in a marsh. All room don't have windows. Review 88：The hotel is bizarre. It's in the middle of nowhere. We couldn't even get a decent beer anywhere nearby. They had a hotel bar which they refused to open (at 8pm on a thursday). The bedsheets were dirty. The hotel is themed on an airplane (as in your room is the fuselage). It's a 1 to 2 star hotel at best. Not good value for money. We also had a flight to catch which they offered to transfer us to; on the way to the airport the guy transferring us stopped for petrol and a cigarette and a chat with his mates! I was like "we have a flight to catch!"... I can quite honestly say this is up there with the worst hotels I've ever stayed at..

Review 89：Location and access to transportations- Other than the small on-premise convenience center there's no other convenience store or shop and extremely limited eatery available in this area. Unless you have you personal mean of transportation, there is no easy access to any sort of public transportation within walking distance. The gym/exercise room has no towel service.

We just walked to the hotel next door, where we were no customers and they did it for 30% less. When I told the lady afterwards she was even upset and got really arrogant.

Review 124：Bathroom was full of hair and was dirty . They showed us another room where the beds have been used previously . Decided to leave as I cannot compromise on hotel cleaness when I am away. The hotel is very deteriorated, and the pictures are very misleading . No natural light, smell in all the rooms they showed us. Carpets looked very dirty with hairs etc.. Do not stay there.

Review 125：Rooms are really tiny and no mini bar or coffee maker in the room. We stayed in the lowest category of room I guess so the other rooms should have these facilities. Biggest draw back is that there are no windows in the room and any body with claustrophobia would not be able to manage. The breakfast had limited continental menu and more of the local menu.

Still in shock after paying for extra pillows. That was a new experience. Water leaks from under the hand basin and the shower and leaves the bathroom like a pool. Will not go back there or recommend this hotel to anybody. I think the hotel needs to clise,fix it's problems,retrain their staff and start from scratch before they get a worse reputacion

Review 137：I reserved a hotel pick-up and they never showed up so I had to pay twice as much for a taxi. When I arrived at the front desk they quoted me a price double than what was listed on booking.com and I had to firmly decline paying that amount but had little options to leave because it was 1:30 am and I was in KL for 11 hours in transit. After going to my room, I returned back to the lobby to ask about the 24 hour restaurant and convenience store and both were closed. The lounge was also closed. I had planned on eating at the hotel and did not have any food/water with me and there was nowhere around open to buy food. The staff was unapologetic and unprofessional. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I am a backpacker and have stayed in tiny hotel with roaches in the bathroom before and 5 star hotels as well. This place was the worst of them all.
