Review 1：The swimmingpool/ sauna needs much more cleaning and service, it was very bad care taken. The shower in the room was also not good cleaned. The owner doesn't speak englisch or german which is very hard: TIP:please use your translator on your telephone

Review 3：The beds were more camp style (think thin mattresses) than hotel style. There was no house cleaning during out 3 day stay and the person who runs the pension was not always easy to find. Although she didn't speak English and I don't speak Slovak, she did run to find a friend to translate.
Review 4：I arrived with a friend for a convention in Bardejov. As it turned out, we were ideally located near the Suburbia Complex and only about a 5-10 minute walk from the center of town. The internet connection was excellent. There is a kitchen, swimming pool and sauna on the premises which we had no time to use, but were available. The Pension is located in a quiet area..

Review 13：Nobody to meet us. Paid a total stranger without receiving a invoice. Asked for breakfast but nobody was there to even talk to. Walls so thin you could hear everything a couple of rooms away. Although baby cot is in the offering description they didnt have any . Felt anyone can come in wheneve rthey wanted .

Review 15：Room had ants all over the place from something that had been spilled by previous occupants. This was cleaned promptly but really should have been cleaned before we got there. Location is not ideal.
