Review 1：Nice breakfast, always a lot of vegetables, fruits. Small swimming pool and sauna, which are just perfect after skiing day. Helpful staff, speaking English and willing to help and answer all questions.

Review 4：The hotel does not by any means qualify for the 4* it has! The rooms are not comfortable, the bads are very small, bad mattress and very bad pillows! No carpet on the floor, no proper bathroom, rather dirty. The pool smells very bad, the water and pool area are cold. The hotel appearance is bad

Review 6：Not so clean the hotel backyard. First time when I meet this situation on a 4 star hotel: at the checkout we had to wait for the staff to make a call for the room/minibar check. I think the hotel received my card details from booking.com for problems like that!

Review 7：Excellent breakfast, nice and friendly staff starting from the check in to the staff in charge with the breakfast; nice decorated room. We didn't try the spa, just visit it for a minute and it was warm, clean and really nice for a short sauna or jacuzzi!

Review 11：We preordered aan apartment with 2 bedrooms and a couch. Instead we got 1 bedroom apartment and a very uncomfortable couch. They could only provide one key per room which was a problem for the apartment since we were 4 people there. The shower head was broken which made showering uncomfortable.

Review 14：The location is perfect, offset from the noisy part of the resort, about 800 meters away from the cable car, and five minutes away from the central promenade. The hotel can be reached from the city of Brasov with a taxi (about €7,00) or with the bus (Nr.20 - about €1.00) from city downtown… The facility is very clean, well kept and with very roomy accommodations. Once you in process at the reception located directly in the lobby, you will be directed to your room or restaurant as preferred by two very friendly professionals as Laura or Raluca. The rooms are spacious and well arranged with beautiful view to the mountain or to forest, with large windows and modernly fitted restrooms, all suited for a pleasant stay. An indoor swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna, all in excellent condition are offering additional relaxation or recovery time after an adventurous outdoor day. The restaurant is large with a very diverse and well presented menu, tasty and at affordable price. The waitresses Andrea and Codruta, under the direct supervision of Bianca, the restaurant manager, will take care of your culinary preferences and when asked, making excellent recommendations in a friendly and professional manner. Basically the entire personnel, starting from the cleaning personnel to the management have a welcoming, friendly and hospitable approach ensuring a pleasant stay. The Hotel Manager, Iulia is showing permanently presence, interacting directly with the customers, ensuring ultimately everything is suited to the customer needs. The entire facility has an excellent WiFi connectivity and coverage in the entire hotel.

Review 15：I was expected a 5 star accommodations but not at least. We tried to use the Jacuzzi but it did not have the water in it to be used it took a long time for someone to fill it up.

Review 17：hotel is falling apart, in every corner there is something that needs to be repaired. Nobody changed the ashtray or clean the floors of the terrase for a long time. Waiters and kitchen staff were coursing between eachother while we were having breakfast. Also from the kitchen you could hear loud gipsy music (manele). Definetly I will not stay here again.

Review 23：Staff at the cafeteria asked me for 2 lei (0,45 euro) to provide me with a small bottle of milk for my daughter, despite the fact that I was paying 145 euro per night for the accommodation. The water bottles in the refrigerator had been refilled and nobody checked them before my check in.

I would have liked more attention to details and also to cleaning. Furthermore, the pool was really sad: small, cramped, rusty and dirty - half of a star for the so called spa.

Review 40：Noisy bedroom (we stayed on the ground floor), which also seemed to be much more spacious in the photos used on booking.com and on Rizzo's website. The SPA let us down - there is a quite big swimming pool and also a sauna and a jacuzzi but the mildew smell and the rust on the pipes can't be ignored. The restaurant can't be classified as a four star hotel restaurant (the food menu is quite poor and simple and the beverage menu as well). The receptionist who was on duty at the moment of our check-out tried to extra charge us (for 4 nights instead of 3) - I hope not on purpose.

Review 42：The restaurant is very very very bad, the menu is like 3 pages long they have only few dishes, the waitters are the worst they forget everything that you order. The breakfast is a joke they give the cheepest things possible on the market, they don't have any taste. And above all this in weekends there's a lady who she says she sings...! The pool is cold. The parking is full in daytime because people park to go to the ski slopes. The windows are cracked in the room and in the restaurant! Overall the hotel is ok but it feels like nobody takes care of it.

Review 44：We arrived in the evening and we've booked an apartment for 4 people.The apartment was not prepared at all: the second bed was not made, no hangers, no towels, nothing. We have to wait about 1 hour to fix everything. The sofa bed in the sitting room was very uncomfortable. Maybe can be used by a child but not an adult. The hotel was offering an apartment for 4 people but is not suitable for it. Very uncomfortable. For £30 more we can had 2 separate rooms. Extremely hot inside the room and bathroom. We have to switch off the heaters. Smelly little pool with a lots of children; no way you can use it. Overall was ok, but nothing special.

Review 61：Poor Tv reception and channels. Bed was not double but twin beds that were on wheels and kept sliding apart. Odd smell in the spa, water in the pool very cold considering it was winter. Over all it is not a 4 star hotel, but a slightly upgraded 3 stars. We were not told when we ordered a taxi that we had to pay for the route of the taxi to the hotel as well. No sound proof, could easily hear even the music from the restaurant and we were on the 2nd floor.
