Review 1：very old and sad hote! The smalest bed I have ever seen...

Review 16：When we arrived ar 15 we were told the room was not ready. After waiting for 15 minutes we asked how long they expected the wait to be so we could do something. the receptionist then went to sort the room out in 2 minutes which she could of done before the wait. The room was clean but had a horrible view of a trash dump and like the hotel said "the best things in life are not free" when charging for a cofe.

Review 20：We did not really appreciate the unprofessional manner the staff greeted us with upon arrival. We had made a booking at this hotel "on the go", using booking.com When we arrived she made it clear that these bookings just went through without regard to their vacancies. Our arrival seemed to be an annoyance. Not very warm at all. The breakfast was disappointing. Not in options, not by far. The breakfast buffet was extensive in options, but the eggs, bacon and beans were really cold. Not a big deal, but it just wasn't the start of the day that we were expecting. The price isn't really in accordance with the standard in our opinion.

Review 21：The Scandic Victoria is located in Lillehammer's city center. It's a good starting point when you want to explore the town. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was really, really good. We slept like babies!

Review 22：- the rooms urgently need refurbishing, our room was facing the backyard, everyone from the outside could look inside the room, the bathroom is old fashioned and needs to be redone (grey and old) - we expected more when we booked this place and were not satisfied with the room - Lillehammer is, except you are interested in the ski jump not worth seeing. There are much better places to go to in Norway
