Review 1：I had asked for help with the luggage as there was no lift and I have a bad back. The owner readily agreed in an email. When we arrived the young lady receptionist who spoke no English had no idea of my prior arrangement or our booking for that matter. I was disappointed that the owner had not briefed his staff.

Review 2：Large comfortable apartment in great location. El cafe around the corner was a brilliant restaurant with English speaking staff.

Review 3：In the bar - reception smoking is allowed, but we only went there when we were checking in and out, so this didn't much bother me.

Review 4：Very nice and clean hotel, in the center of the town. We asked for late check in (about 1 in the morning) and had no problem with it. The room was spacios and clean, beds were really comfortable.

Review 5：Finding this place by car and GPS was a bit of a nightmare. The only way to get to the parking space was to travel the wrong way on one-way roads. The proprietor wasn't very helpful in this regard, primarily because of a language barrier. Breakfast was average for similar inner-city pensions. Don't let the check-in at the smoky bar put you off. Upstairs, everything is fine.

Review 6：After a horrible stay nearby, we booked our next night at Le Monde. It was comfortable, spacious, reasonably priced, and located right in historic old town. Free parking was even available in front of the hotel, a real plus.

Review 13：The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The price was right. We paid for breakfast. It was more than adequate. The location was great, it was within walking distance of the railway and bus stations. The. Wifi did not work well in our apartment. We stayed for only one night so it was not a problem for us. We had no connection problems in the restaurant.

Review 19：This is not a hotel but rather apartments for rent. Rooms are very spacey, with full kitchen and big bathroom (our was equipped with both: bath tube, shower and even hair dryer). Unexpectedly rooms was also very clean and quiet. 30s from the centre of old town.

Review 44：Beds were extremely small and uncomfortable. Poor maintenance as the tiles in the bathroom were cracked and falling off. There was a very strong smell of cigarettes permeating the room from the bar downstairs. Rooms are not cleaned every day . The 6 am wake up from the nearby church bell was, to say the least, a bit jarring. The room price did not include breakfast. If you factor in the 5 Eur/person b/fast the room price is not so attractive.

In brief I visited almost all Europe, I stayed hundreds of nights in Hotels, this is the worst by far!
